We visited luxurious hotels in the past, but we’ve rarely (maybe never?) experienced service like in Dilman. Raffaella and Norberto went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, including renting a car and reserving garage space. Their response time was always under 5 minutes and all that while being relaxed, super friendly and always smiling. A 6* service. Our room had a nice little balcony, comfortable bed and a huge shower cabin. The cleaning service was very good, room was spotless. Location is perfect, walking distance everywhere.

Balcony doesn’t have table/chairs, which would be a good addition (we were informed it’s for safety reasons). We only went to breakfast once, it’s ala carte with limited options (albeit omlette was good). Room lacked a small chair inside, it only had a sofa which was placed near the entrance. Interior design is modern and tasteful but not extraordinary. Normally we would give 9*, but the service is so exceptional that it makes up for all the small details resulting in an amazing stay. Probably the best place to stay in Bari.

This is a tremendous wee hotel and we loved it. It was 5 weeks ago so the memory isn't as good as it should but the name Roberto sticks in my mine.... sorry Roberto if I've got your name wrong but you were great and helped us tremendously with your knowledge of puglia and how to get to places. The hotel itself is as good as anywhere we stayed. 15 minutes' walk to the train or bus station and you could go anywhere in Puglia for the cost of a glass of wine.

Absolutely nothing wrong apart from the few steps we had to get up to the lift... but we were helped by any of the staff.

The staff was incredibly lovely and the service was impeccable. Our room was excellent with a nice balcony overlooking the street. The "honor" bar required no honor at all because everything in the fridge was free to consume (no alcohol). The breakfast was included and was incredibly delicious with a full menu and table side service. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Great closets and drawers. Very modern lighting to match the modern and clean decor. We will absolutely stay again when in Bari.

Maybe some in-room instructions of how to use some of the higher tech amenities would have been nice to have. Never did figure out the AC, but we never really needed it. A staff member would have certainly come up to show me if I had asked. I didn't. :)

We LOVED the location and the staff is INCREDIBLY warm, friendly, efficient, charming. My husband said one day, “I get the feeling Norberto would do ANYTHING for us.” Raffy was wonderful in putting my Netflix PW in the TV while I read it for her!!! Alessandra in the cafe/lounge is STELLAR. SO warm and welcoming. Breakfast and coffee was wonderful each day. We felt like these people truly cared about us. EXTREMELY secure facility.

We didn’t like our room on the back of the hotel. It felt dark. We would definite get a suite the next time with a balcony onto the road. Tiny shower, but they were everywhere in Italy. EVEN a tiny shelf in the shower would be helpful. We didn’t want a sauna (but it was the last room available). took up too much space. It would have been good to have a written explanation of how the lights worked.

I stayed for a whole week, and the only thing I didn't love is that there is a bar downstairs, and while there was no noise coming from it during the weekdays, on Friday night (the day I needed to rest after a week of work), there was a very loud party going on (it almost felt like it was inside the hotel building). However, I had earplugs with me so I managed to block out the sound (just come prepared with earplugs). Everything else was absolutely perfect!

This is the best hotel experience we have ever had. The hotel itself is modern and convenient, located in a lovely neighborhood with attractive shops, yet it is a short walk to the old town of Bari, or the waterfront. The hotel staff is professional, courteous and available. They helped us find restaurants and book cabs. The room we stayed in was fabulous. It is designed to provide maximum comfort and a luxurious experience. As you enter, you are greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated room, exuding a warm and inviting ambiance. The color palette is soothing, combining neutral tones with pops of vibrant accents to create a harmonious atmosphere. The plush king-sized bed occupies the center of the room, adorned with premium quality linens and an array of soft pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Adjacent to the bed, there is a sleek bedside table with conveniently placed reading lamps, allowing you to unwind with a good book or indulge in late-night browsing. A cozy seating area on the spacious balcony beckons you to relax, or entertain. There is a comfortable coach, chairs and a good size dining table. In the living room section is a large, high-definition flat-screen TV with comfortable seating. The armchairs and a stylish coffee table create a perfect spot for savoring a cup of coffee or engaging in conversation. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity, enabling you to stay connected and productive throughout your stay. There was nothing we didn’t like about it.

The property is very well situated and also impeccable. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful, they gave us a map with all the top touristic attractions, restaurants and bars. We had coffee and tea at our disposal. Our room was with breakfast included but the mini bar was free of charge and it was refilled daily. A nice touch was the fact that we could watch Netflix, Disney+, Prime video.

I didn’t quite like the fact that during the first night they had a party in the lounge area and we had some trouble sleeping. Parking is quite difficult because Bari is very crowded. We had to rent a car because we visited Bari in January but I recommend to rent a scooter if you’ll go during summer.

You immediately feel welcome here! We were there over the weekend. The staff is super friendly and gave us all kinds of tips and even reserved a table in a restaurant. The hotel is new and modern equipped with indirect light, touch light switches etc., the minibar was included and was refilled every day. Also the coffee and tea in the room. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was right next door in the equally new cafe. You could choose different things from the menu. The staff here was also very nice. Perfect location for the sightseeing.

We loved our stay at Dilman! A modern luxury hotel in the best location in Bari, close to the smart shopping precinct and also to the old part of the city. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and fabulous pillows. It was great having the coffee shop/bar next door where we had a delicious breakfast. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We are staying one night on our way back from our trip around Puglia, I can’t wait to go back!

This place is a little gem in Bari - fantastic staff, great café next door and amazing hospitality from Licia, Ale and the ladies at the coffee shop. Rooms are huge, balcony was fantastic and the rooms are quiet (even though we were near the elevator). Great bed, lovely and clean and the bathroom was fabulous. I literally cannot fault this hotel. If you want to nit pick there is a small set of stairs in the foyer when you arrive before hitting the elevator - may be painful if you have heavy bags for a minute. Perhaps 5 steps. That's it.

Nothing, apart from the long wait to check in. I should have booked an extra night but wasn't thinking when planning the itinerary. We will be back!
