The location is great, only 10 mins walking from the central station and 5 mins from the Old Town of Bari. The apartment complex is on the 5th floor, you can use the elevator. When you enter, there is a hallway with 4 small tables, this is where the breakfast is served, and then the rooms open from a corridor. Our room looked just like in the pictures, it was well cleaned and smelled really good. (we loved the aroma diffuser in the common area, too) There was no fridge in our room but there was one in the common area that we could use. Breakfast was the same everyday but it was fine for us - bread, croissant, cheese, ham, jam, joghurt, cake, coffee and tea. The staff is truly amazing, we met Anna, Tony and Michele - all of them are the kindest people. It was possible to check-in late (10PM) and after check-out we could leave our luggage there while walking around in the city - we appreciated this flexibility. Totally recommend this place to everyone and would come back anytime. Grazie!

The mattress on the bed was very soft but we slept well. Whoever has some problem with their back/spine, it may be a problem.

Loved the room, the breakfast was good too although we could have done with some extra black tea bags. Anna, the cleaner and breakfast assistant was absolutely delightful. She was most enthusiastic and whatever we asked of her was no problem. We also appreciated storing our luggage for a few hours after we had checked out.

The bathroom was large and equipped with a spa. We didn’t require this and were hoping for a decent shower but we’re bitterly disappointed! We could not work the switch to reverse the shower/bath tap! We had to ring the check-in assistant Nicoletta for help. Then we could not regulate the hot/cold water tap. Unfortunately this put a dampener on what would have been a great stay!

Good breakfast, great staff who responds very quickly, very clean and nice smelly rooms, amenities and everything we needed was provided , the location was perfect - overall we were satisfied.

Beds are rather semi-hard (our backs were slightly hurting the next days, but it’s because we need to sleep on a hard mattress). Maybe some will prefer these mattresses. Also our room was right at the beginning of the corridor, right next to the dining room and since breakfasts start at 7:30 we could not get any sleep past that time - cutlery sound over plates, guests speaking …) also during the evening you can easily hear conversation from neighboring room..

Anna made us cappuccino every morning. Food was ready and Anna always has a smile. The location is the best. Maybe a ten minute walk to the train. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. When we arrived the ride to the hotel was waiting for us at the airport.

It is important to remember to close the inner doors to the elevator. If they are not closed the elevator will not work. If you are on the ground floor and the elevator is not working then you have five floors of stairs to climb. Close the doors to the elevator.

Perfect location for a stay in Bari. Close to the old town and its attractions. Excellent communications from Michele before our arrival. He met us at the hotel and also helped us to sort out our parking spot. He also recommended a place for us to eat out at night. Room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Brilliant air conditioning which was most welcome during the heat wave. Breakfast was better than we had expected with a variety of choices and served by a member of staff. We would recommend Room56!

Great location right near the metro that takes you to all the main spots! 15min walk to colloseum. Comfortable bed and room with aircon. A small kitchen to use if you wish. A fridge in the room of decent size!

The bathroom was across the hall and needed your room key to open/lock - in the middle of the night if needing to use it was a bit of a hassle! Maybe a latch lock on the inside so you can lock it from within would be a good idea

We liked everything - the room was very spacious, bed and pillows was super comfy. The breakfast was very nice as well, we had access to coffee, tea, light snacks during the day and this was really appreciated. Last but not least, our host was amazing, together with the lady that was serving the breakfast - Thank you, Michele, we really enjoyed our stay!

I wish we could give higher rating than 10, as the place really deserves it! During our stay in Italy we went to two 4star hotels and one 3 star hotel and none of them was as comfortable, clean and pleasant as this place!

Even though I just spent a quick night in Bari, the location and staff were very nice and accommodating. As I was traveling by car, one of the staff met me at the parking garage and then showed me to the hotel and my room. The room was very large, including a kitchen area and enclosed balcony / winter garden. The room felt a bit dated, but was very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was simple but nice.

Very nice breakfast, personally waited upon by the cameriera, who was very kind and helpful. The owner personally explained all the modern gadgets of the place.

Finding street parking was hell.

Very well located, just 2 mins walking to the old town and 2mins to the main shopping area. Very spacious room, the breakfast was good, the bathroom was new and everything was clean. Staff were very friendly. We recommend to use the parking service as we paid for parking and we got a parking fine for just a few minutes!
