This room was much nicer than the previous one in which I stay the previous days. It has a big window.

Breakfast can improved. Not good bread or pastries. Eggs boiled for too long. Staff in the breakfast can be also friendlier. Considering that this is the only staff guests can interact, it might be beneficial if they could answer a couple of questions with a smile.

The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious and had a TV. The breakfast was good.

1) I needed to download an app of the hotel to check-in online. I booked last moment and was quite tired after the flight, I was not into figuring out these things at all. 2) The soundproofing in the building is not good, I could hear my neighbours and the noise from the hallway very well. I am a bad sleeper, it's important for me that it is quite around.

I Like location, breakfast. The location is very good, close to historic centre, the train station, shops, etc. The breakfast is good, but I would like more vegetarian options, and more gluten free options.

The check in process is a nightmare. I didn't like it. To download an app to check in is not normal. I would prefer just a code to enter.

A beautiful stay and perfect location to all main attractions and yum eatery’s. Easy access to rooms + lifts. They allowed us to check out a little later when there were issues with our car pick up. When we pass through Bari again we will be staying here! 10/10 thank you!

The shower was a little small and no water provided otherwise perfect for the one night

The room was very big and confortable. Instructions to access the building and the room worked perfectly. Also quite no noise around for sleeping. Overall, the feedback with the room was very possitive.

We liked the room. It was big and clean. The staff was polite and responded immediately when we had questions. The location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious.

Location outstanding, very friendly staff & communication was great - wonderful coffee!!!!!, beautiful bathroom with ample amenities & unexpected generous supply of water , tea snd coffee.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was lack of fresh air - the skylight window does not open and that may have been a misunderstanding on my behalf, besides that, I couldn’t fault it.

Host told us we got an upgrade & thank you for that. The room was spacious and comfy. Expresso machine in the room - Big +. We felt great, too bad we only booked 1 night. Highly recommend! To summarize: Room was: clean, bed comfortable, fresca on the ceiling was quite nice, everything elese looked good.

In general i am picky about stays but this time there is nothing i can write here. All was fine.
