The trip to Bari was a gift for my son and myself, but the accommodation kind of ruined the comfy idea we had about long dreamed Puglia .. I was aware that the bathroom was outside the room, but only the day my money was taken from my account, I was informed the bathroom was up to another floor..so for a pregnant woman and a 7old child that was not real fun for using the toilet! When arriving, the room was very dirty, the clouds of dust where visible on the floor and lamps..the TV was not working, the door creaked terribly (just like in a horror movie), no hanger for the coats. I tried to call Simonetta but nobody answered and after I whatsupped her telling her the above, the next day she sent somebody to "clean" the room, (that meant partially vacuuming, as under my child's bed, the dust was in his place.) Not the slightest thought of repairing the door and TV. I wrote her again, but my message deserved only to be "seen" 😡 We were caught by a heavy rain, so the coats had to dry while hanging on the edge of the bed.. In a word, though the location is ok in Bari, we had no feeling of value for money or value for guests, for sure i would like 1 night refund!!

We we arrived to the apartment and tried to get the keys with the code were given, we realised the code was wrong. I called to the emergency number several times with no success. The first one it rings and then the mobile was switch off. It was raining and freezing and we were in the middle of bari with our luggage and not knowing where to go. I sent a message through booking and they replied that there was a problem with the payment (we didn't receive any message from booking or our bank account about any problem so we are not sure what hapenned). After 1 hour we received a second code, anyone call us later apologising for the mistake. When I book an apartement I would like to be treated as a human being and not as a machine.

The pictures on booking does not represent reality!!! Old place without windows with destroyed walls and floors. There is no wifi inside the apartament, we asked owner to fix it and she advised to go to the stairs (in different building) to catch some signal... After that she stopped replying... The matress was dirty and very uncomfortable. Kitchen was not cleaned at all (disguisting smell of rubbish and rotten food left by previous customers).
