The apartment was beautiful and spotless clean. We also had a nespresso coffee machine which was a nice touch

The lady on reception on our arrival wasn't very friendly. Also, the location was very close to the station which was very handy but also a bit dodgy as it felt very intimidating by that area. Full of gangs and drug addled homeless people.

Clean, modern, quiet and convenient. The 1 bedroom apartment was in a block of flat for senior citizens. It had coffee shop, pool, sitting area, some outside space. The place was very clean, modern and wheelchair friendly. The spacious balcony was great addition. It is located 15 walk from bus and train station, has a grocery shop within 5 minutes, coffee shops and some bars. It takes 20min to walk to the centre, probably similar amount of time to walk to Old city. You can get a train directly to Milan and get to the airport by public bus within 30 min. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable apartments right by Bergamo train station. The apartment was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and had a big balcony. The bed was comfortable and the shower drained well. It is true that they also provide these apartments to retired people but that's not a problem at all as others have complaint. You just see nice people having breakfast! :) The staff was helpful and gave us more toiletries when requested, and they also helped us get a taxi in the early morning to go to the airport. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It would've been nice to have new water bottles each day of our stay but it's not a big deal.

This is good value accommodation 10 minutes walk from the bus/train station. I had very little interaction with the staff but they were all nice and helped me with my limited Italian. I don't think you will get this quality and space at this price point anywhere in Bergamo, but this is not a hotel and is very quiet, it is accommodation for old people that rents out it's spare rooms. If you can live with that then it's great, relaxed and perfect for a couple of days R&R

Couldn't complain about anything, the area is quiet but that suited me 10 minutes walk to fantastic restaurants and bars. Some young people hanging about in the immediate area but they didn't give no trouble

Quite an interesting concept to rent out the empty rooms/apartments in the retirement complex for the elderly as a hotel. But it seems to be working! First of all, great location! Only 10 minutes away on foot from the train station and 15 minutes away from the city center. A supermarket is only a few hundred meters away. Plenty of cafes and restaurants are within walking distance too. Then there’s the space. Our apartment was huge! No hotel room at this price point could even compare. The building itself and all the equipment are new, modern and mostly comfortable.

The couch in the living area wasn’t the most comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t get any cleaning. Probably had to ask for it specifically since this is a retirement facility first, hotel second. Upon entering the building, the entire first floor and the lobby area smells of chlorine solution for pool cleaning.

My pillow case was ripped and the mattress was too soft for us. It wasn’t a good sleep. My back was not happy. We were not informed by reception that we need to take the garbage out by ourselves. There was no bottles of water in the fridge so we needed to buy water from a restaurant for the first night because everything closes at 8 except some restaurants. The location is full of old and sick people so you can’t enjoy a meal or a coffee using the lobby bar or restaurant because the atmosphere is like a funeral. Quite expensive.. For the money we paid we expected more attention to details and a better communication.

Very modern and clean. Staff very good especially late check in and Simona on reception 10 min walk to rail and bus station and 2 min walk to large supermarket. Train to Milan 6 euros and takes 48mins. Bergamo is a beautiful and historic city and is very underrated.

Not many bars restaurants etc nearby but only a 20 minute walk away. Located in a residential area about a mile away from tourist Centro and a hour walk uphill to Citta Alta (unless you use the Funicular but this has long queues, or get the line 1/1A bus from the Centro)

The room is spacious, the living room, bedroom and bathroom are all independent. There is also a very large balcony, and the bedroom and living room have doors to the balcony. The bathroom is also spacious. I like this spacious environment. The floor is also very quiet without any noise.The staff has a good attitude, explaining the functions of the building to me and teaching me how to use them. If there is a next time, I will continue to book their room.

The only drawback is that the cooling equipment is not very good. I slept with the window open at that time, so it didn't have a big impact. If it is summer, it may not be cool enough.

Very helpful and friendly staff :) Nice localization - close to Bergamo central station and a supermarket. The area of the hotel is quiet and calm, no noise at night at all. We also didn't hear anything from other rooms, so the walls are properly soundproofed. What is more, our apartment was so spacious and comfortable that it was a pleasure to stay in :) It is also worth appreciating that not only our apartment, but everything there was so clean! No dirt, no dust, pertectly clean bathroom and bedroom. We also had no problems with late check in. We highly recommend this place!

Firstly proximity to the train station is great and it’s so easy to find too. A flat walk to Bergamo centre takes about 20-25mins so the location overall is really good. We didn’t realise the apartment is part of living accommodation for older people until we got there, but we were so impressed with the whole building and, whether renting out apartments is part of the business plan with ringfenced apartments, or temporary for vacant apartments, we loved that we were able to stay, and we enjoyed researching their website and the services and activities/initiatives on offer. The welcome was efficient, warm and friendly and the Receptionist booked us a taxi for the following morning, ensuring we heard the call, for assurance that it had been booked. The apartment was beautiful. Modern, spacious and contemporary, it has a very cool but comfortable style and feeling. Lovely lounge with kitchen (with a coffee machine too and complementary bottled water). Big bathroom with a really good shower and the bedroom was also lovely and airy. Comfortable bed and we slept well. A large balcony runs the whole length of the apartment and you can access it from every room, increasing the feelings of light and space.

Absolutely nothing at all. We only realised at bed time that there was only one pillow each and air con would be good (again only realised at bedtime so had no one to ask) - but these are very picky indeed! We loved it.
