Second time staying at this hotel. Room was lovely and the staff were pleasant. Nice part of the city within walking distance from upper and lower areas.

Breakfast was busy and set up in the corner of room. Long queues for coffee machine which kept needing refilling or emptying of beans/milk etc. Hard to get at food because of queue. Kept running out of fruit and bread and didn't restock. Need to get a second coffee machine and move it to another area of restaurant to avoid this congestion.

The property was beautiful, the in room sauna and jacuzzi tub was incredible I loved it. The location was lovely and convenenti.

The breakfast for the price of the hotel was horrible. Very low quality food, coffee from a machine. I was very disappointed. I didn’t eat it and went someplace else to eat.

Booked a room in this hotel to do something different on my partner's birthday and it went beyond our expectations! The SPA was perfect and the comfort and coziness of our room was excellent. The bathtub and the sauna in the room were a perfect addition to make everything more special and made us feel pampered also in our room! Excellent service, everything was super clean and we appreciated the availability of the personnel. We're definitely coming back!

Everything was perfect, I just suggest diminishing the maximum number of people for the SPA (maybe 6 instead of 8 would be better), but the service and the luxury of it were just on point!

A good hotel in a good location in the lower part of Bergamo. It is also easy to get to the old town (Citta Alta) and the train station is a 15-minute walk. There is a square next to the hotel where you can sit, eat and have a glass of wine or Aperol in the evening. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, and the bathrooms are spacious. Nice patio where you can have breakfast. Kettle in the room.

Breakfast, a bit monotonous. The same every day. The organisation of the breakfast should be better. Little space at the buffet, while the breakfast room was huge. Long queues for coffee and hot water for tea. Compared to other hotels in this class, the staff were less friendly and sometimes dry in their behaviour. The staff could be more polite.

It is a beautiful building with many preserved architectural details but completely renovated for all modern comforts. It is located in a quiet pedestrian zone within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and easy access to public transportation. The staff is exceptional and we especially loved our conversations with our bartender.

We loved everything! The only thing that could use improvement is the layout of the breakfast buffet. If the coffee machine would be placed at the outside edge of the set up it would prevent people waiting to get their coffee clogging up the rest of the area.

The location of the hotel is really good, next to a really pretty church and if you walk to the end of the block there are at least 3 fantastic restaurants, a delicacies store, a wine store, a few coffee places, a gelatto place, a canolli place, I mean, you find fantastic places to eat that are not overcrowded with tourists (which happens in the nice places located in the upper town). On to the other side, there are clothing stores and whatnot. It is a short walk away from the funicular and the walking road towards the Upper Old Town in Bergamo. The rooms was really good, with a very big and comfortable bed, a super nice and big bathroom, a minifridge and a boiler with available tea, sugar and biscuits; I looooved the blackout curtains, Im super sensitive to light and I was so happy the bedroom keep dark in the early mornings. You have more than enough towels available and a big TV with a great variety of apps and live TV available. They had this japanese channel with awesome feelgood shows, now me and my boyfriend are really looking forward to visit Japan someday :D. We were also able to watch a football match we really wanted to see (Malmö FF) it was really fantastic to have it available in the hotel. The room has AC which made everything so much better; after a day walking around in the warmth, you can return to a nice fresh hotel room to have a shower and lay on the bed and rest in a cool environment. The service was outstanding with just a few exceptions of some people who were not rude at all but perhaps not as friendly as the rest, but overall, everyone was so happy to help and so nice to us. We were able to check in earlier and we are very grateful for it. The included breakfast is good, you get a selection of bread, cold cuts, fruit, cereal, yogurt, jams and every single day, 4 or 5 cakes to choose from. They also had a variety of croissants. Important to mention, you get to eat your breakfast in a very nice garden next to the church and hear the bells.

There is nothing i did not like, but if i could choose, I would like for the access to the spa pool to be included. But even without it, this hotel was just fantastic.

Although in lower town it was easy to access the whole town

The hotel was very much work in progress with building work and decorating going on during our stay. If we had known, we would have delayed our visit for a couple months.We are sure it will lòok fantastic when the work is finished.

The courtyard for breakfast was delightful, providing a lovely atmosphere to start the day. I appreciated the access to the fully equipped gym, which added convenience to my stay. While the room was on the smaller side, it was still comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming.

The food at the on-site restaurant was underwhelming. Despite being a table of four, none of our dishes stood out, with most being average at best. The Angus dish, though on the expensive side, was particularly disappointing in both taste and presentation. The one highlight was the tiramisu, which was truly delicious.

It is a very well managed hotel in the center of Bergamo fancier district. At the side of the famous Church of Santo Spirito, at Via Pignolo with T.Tarso, surrounded by elegant shops and restaurants. The hotel staff are wonderful and attention to your requests make it a pleasure. The room is modern and nice, The parking fee is a bit expensive and manage the drive to their parking area cumbersome, but overall is manageable. Breakfast is decent, but the long lines to access coffee machine impeding access to food should be corrected. Overall, although expensive, is a great hotel.

Parking is a complex operation in the hotel area (LTZ), and expensive. Although the staff is very helpful. The long coffee line at the breakfast room, should be resolved.

As a discerning traveller 50+ years of age, there really was nothing not to like from the friendly, warm and professional staff to the clinical cleanliness of the property and everything in between. Even a small thing like getting onto the wifi with our Mac:s and apple phones is a big problem with the caption portals many hotels use but not here. I can highly recommend Santo Spirito.

Access to parking is from a relatively narrow street and you go through quite a narrow portal & gates, it was just about doable but if you have a large vehicle, be prepared for a few minutes of hard work. Once inside, the courtyard is spacious. This is a small price one has to pay to stay in a converted convent from the 1300s and it's well worth it :)
