Hotel is located walking distance from the train station. This was important to us since we were taking the train the next morning. The room was clean and modern in decor. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was large with a wonderful shower. We walked to the center of the old town which was 20 minutes away on foot. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a wide variety of hot and cold choices. They also had a kids section for breakfast which I found adorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling by train and would like to visit Bologna. We were able to roll our luggage from the train station to the hotel. Just a 10 minute walk.

Relatively modern hotel with large room.

High climb in tub with shower. Rooftop pounding repetitive DJ music transferred down to our 2nd floor room. We complained and were told it would stop at 11:30 but it went on until we complained again at midnight. Normally music lovers (hubby is a drummer) we had an early morning and wanted to sleep. We would suggest some acoustical modifications if music on the roof can transfer vibrations down to the 2nd floor! In the morning, on checking out we were assured it was the last night the roof was open for the season so no worries - haha! Otherwise the accommodations were comfortable and met our needs. Nice little bar with snacks for late afternoon.

Clean, very good breakfast, great coffee (actually one of the best hotels' coffee), friendly staff, clean rooms. The hotel even had a fresh orange juice machine, so it was fun for kids to get juice. The location is right next to the main station, so easy to get it and out.

Soon the hotel will need some renovation, and it is clear in the facilities - scratches here and there, old door handles, and the holders in the bath came loose and need replacing. On the last day, the towel had a small hole in it, but as the hotel changed it every day, it was only 1 out of 8 towels. The area around the hotel is getting bad - homeless people all over, sleeping on the streets and the park, so not recommended for single ladies during the night.

Very spacious, well located property. About 5 to 10 minutes from central station and about 15 to 20 from city centre and points of interest. The property has a few lifts to cater to guests. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean and no issues with hot water, aircon or wifi. Tv had BBC channel which is better than having no English channels.

Extremely minor, but in the room allocated to me, I have to say that someone managed to dent the bathroom door and the tiles next to the flush were cracked.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right infront of the central railway station less than 5 minutes walk, and 20 minutes walking distance from the shopping area, and piazza Maggiori, The property is very clean, and apparently well insolated, because although its in a very busy and noisy area, the rooms were quite. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and well maintained. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and tentative and professionally fulfilled our requirement. We only stayed for 1 night and checked out very early in the morning, so we dind't try the breakfast

Great location, excellent facilities, spacious room, great breakfast, very professional and helpful staff.

Very good experience. Friendly staff, well-equipped rooms, well thought-out bathroom, bed was ok, spacious room, breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is 5 min from the train station and very easy to find (be aware that the actual building is the one in front of the one suggested by Google Maps - I already gave feedback to Google, though). There is a (pleasent) scent on all floors of the hotel (not in the room, though).

There is only one thing: the lighting of the room. I had troubles assigning the switches to the correct lamps, there are a lot of different lighting elements in the room. More importantly, however, there was a motion detector for the ambient light which would turn on the light whenever I moved my legs while lying on the bed. I just put a sticker over the sensor, so it wasn't disturbing me over night (not sure how annoying it would have been otherwise).

We got a free upgrade of the room which made my family a fan of the hotel. I am sure the room would be perfect, but the suite was amazing. Comfy beds, spaceous bathroom and even a terrace. Huge TV is cool and AC was smooth too. The breakfast is worth the price, super wide selection of delicious food and kind staff. Location is superb for discover the town of foot.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bologna. The hotel was the perfect location for us. Close to the train station and close to shops and restaurants, but away from the crowds. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended great restaurants and answered all of our questions about the area. They also arranged a taxi to the airport when we were leaving. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if in Bologna.

Great location - close to train station and short walking distance to the town centre. Very polite staff. Good size of the rooms. Clean and well stocked bathroom. Overall nice and comfortable hotel. Location was key for us. We would stay again.

We had twin room and the TV was positioned on the wall in front of one of the beds - not a good angle from the second bed. No place to open the suitcases but in the middle of the room, however- there were spacious wardrobes.
