Beautiful location showcasing what Lake Bolsena has to offer. We had room 305, a corner room with a wonderful view of the lake and environs. Traditional room but classy. Parking onsite was very welcome after a 2300km two week road trip through small, narrow-streeted villages.. The town itself is quite interesting and easy to explore on foot.

The restaurant was closed for the season with limited options nearby for breakfast. No lake exploring options at this time of the year ( late October)

Great location on the lake, with a swimming pool. Unfortunately a downpour stopped me from enjoying that - but no fault of the hotel. Bars and restaurants nearby, very comfortable room

No restaurant onsite, but they provided a shuttle to a nearby restaurant (I didn’t try this) Room had not been cleaned on arrival, reception lady was horrified and apologetic and immediately provided a key to an alternative room

We had the room with a massive terrace, even though it rained a little, we were still able to use the terrace as it was partially covered. Great location with a lovely lake view! We had an amazing stay and the terrace was worth the extra money! Staff were super friendly & helpful.

Room was a bit dated, but impact our stay in any way. Shower & bathroom a bit small, but typical of some hotel bathrooms.

location was perfect for both the waterside activities and the picturesque old town. The swimming pool area was attractive and the hotel was spotlessly clean the reception staff spoke good English and all the staff we met were friendly the internal style of the hotel was very traditional which should not put you off as the hotel was well maintained and very clean.

nothing really that would put me off from staying again. Breakfast would become repetitive after a few days but that was it.

location was excellent, staff friendly. the breakfast options were also great and onsite parking appreciated. Our room was small travelling with 2 large suitcases however our terrace was massive and great views over the lake and behind to the old centre. We would stay here again.

This is an AMAZING hotel in an amazing city. The staff was wonderful and helpful. My room was very large and my bed was very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Location perfect and room was very nice on top floor so with great views over the lake.

It would have been nice to be able to use towels at the beach.

Room layout , as the next room ablutions are against the bed wall and their movements are echoed into the room.

I love Bolsena. The location, vista from the window, atmosphere, decoration of the hotel are just perfect. The breakfast was "namissimo".

The shower was a bit broken. Only the rain shower worked. A bit tricky before the water varms up 😁.

Superb location with lake view. Excellent breakfast. Good swimming pool with towels provided. Friendly staff. Free onsite parking. Easy access to beautiful town centre with bars & restaurants. Early checkin.
