Pools were clean and there were chairs available; Wine experience was a highlight of the trip! Gym was well appointed for a hotel gym! Quiet and beautiful scenery!

While breakfast was included, charged for coffee beverages. Beverages at the pool were expensive and small pours. There was not any option to have food delivered to the resort.

Spa use should have been included in the price and not additional....or a reduction for residents. Would be good to have complimentary bottle of wine and glasses provided in the rooms for residents Shortage of mirrors in main room. Lack of sufficiently detailed and reliable maps of neighbourhood.

The dinner served at the hotel restaurant was exceptional. Using the freshest ingredients and prepared beautifully each dish was a treat. Breakfast was also excellent, great selection of fresh produce and friendly staff.

We felt like we were the only ones here. The staff were incredible and the wine tasting with lunch was incredible value for what you paid.

Hot tub by the outdoor pool was closed until peak season.

Incredible views from the breakfast areas and pool, great location 7km from Orvieto not walkable but very easy or arrange taxi to and from Orvieto. Impressive breakfast, lots of continental options including cheese, meat, sweet pastries and cakes, savoury pastries and cake and American style bacon and eggs. Very reasonable priced drinks and wonderful staff at the pool bar. Lots of convenient free parking on site.

All areas do look quite different to the images online, the online images are very styled but in reality the communal areas and bedrooms lack the details and finishing touches so it was a little underwhelming in that regard. we did find some members of the reception team a little frosty throughout our stay which made us a uncomfortable at times.

From the moment we stepped in, we felt total calm and peace and were well taken care of by the staff. First off, grounds are stunningly beautiful hills and mountains with vineyards that pictures don’t do justice. But add in the restaurant, amazing breakfast, quality spa experiences and you have a one in a lifetime stay! I stayed with a friend and they were able to accommodate us having separate beds and we both felt very taken care of. That said, this place is an incredible value if you’re used to US prices, which make it not once in a lifetime but come back often and bring more friends :)

As the property is farther away from the city, we had to have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, which was full one night with an American group and we could only have dinner very late with tired staff and not that excellent food.

Fabulous! Beautiful resort, friendly staff, very helpful. We needed a late check out to accommodate my work requirements and this was provided at no charge. The restaurant is superb, we ate there 3 nights in a row. The sommelier was fabulous and the highlight of our stay.

I had a spa treatment that was not up to standard. I complained about this and received no response from management and was charged the full price.

Great location with breathtaking views. Swimming pools with a bar a great way to relax and take in the fresh country air. The restaurant is unbelievable with their amazing staff and locally produced organic options.

No Irons in the rooms due to safety reasons BUT management charge €6 per item of clothing to iron for you if you require it. Unacceptable when people who are travelling living out of suitcases and need these basic facilities.

Good location (11min from Orvieto), beautiful property with great food and views (although not to Orvieto). Well maintained property with local wine and olive oil.

View sold on booking.com listing was not delivered Landmark view), although the hotel has plenty of excellent and beautiful views. It’s Europe - everyone smokes outside, even on the “smoke-free” property. That goes for dinner, breakfast, etc.
