All of the staff we met were very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They also had one of the best breakfasts ever offered at a hotel we have visited. They also held our luggage after checkout so we could visit the town. We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was still offered at 6am (before the normal time since we had to catch an early train) and was very good. Gluten free bread and croissant in addition to other packed gluten free products were also offered upon request and all this was much appreciated. Location was perfect for us very close to the train station and near the centre. Room was made available at 11am upon checking-in before the expected time and this was also much appreciated. All staff was very helpful.

perfcet location, very close to the train and bus stations. also it's very close to the city center, 5 min walking. The room was well equiped. nice design and tempreture. nice staff.

Liked that it was right across from the train station since we arrived late and had to leave early. Breakfast was still available for us since we were leaving early. Rooms were very clean. Gentlemen working the reception desk was great checking us in and explaining everything.

The room was lovely....very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for us, as it is situated directly across from the train station and we were travelling by train. It is also a short walk to the old town.

The location was excellent. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we needed some help with tickets and printing. They were also pleasant and helpful with local information. The breakfast was the finest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. All in all we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Very nice, modern, spacious, well lit (!!) comfortable room just opposite the station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Cable car to Oberbozen, town centre, Ötzi museum and even castle Runkelstein in walking distance.

The room is so big,clean and comfy. Especially, the bathroom is so so big! Location is very close to the station. The breakfast is excellent and many choices.

We got confusion about parking car via hotel message and reception. Better if same information and save the parking spot at the hotel.
