Beautiful hotel in a very special “Wes Anderson” like style. They have the most beautiful courtyard with views to the mountains and the hotel wall covered by plants.

We had a smaller room facing the parking lot (and a slight view of the mountains). The room in itself was in a very good condition but felt a bit cramped and dark. I’m sure it’s do to the room type and would love to stay here again

in the middle of the city, great access to everything… loved the historical building and accessories (furnitures etc)

It was a nice location close to the square.

I wish the room had a coffee/tea maker.

The place has a lot going for it, but I find it hard to recommend. It is at a wonderfull location, very central with a park like area in front where you can hang out (and have coctails). The roos are disappointing though, in particular if you take the price into account. Not even a proprer chair, mobile phones can only be uploaded in the bathroom. Also, no buffet breafast only a-la-carte (hence takes a long time).

Great location and the staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very comfortable and stylish. The food is also great! Overall, it was a great experience.

I found a little odd that one has to ask to the front desk to turn on the AC, otherwise everything went very well with the room. If you don't eat that much on breakfast you don't probably need the breakfast option, just eat à la carte.

The location was easy access from the train station and to other attractions in the town. Very Walkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The rom was comfortable and we loved being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the birds. The sauna was great too!

The bartender did not know how to make a Vodka Martini. Oh well. There was no top sheet on the bed - this was true of a couple hotels we stayed in. There were no washcloths, this was also true of other places we stayed in.

Beautiful refurbished hotel with restaurant on site. Staff at hotel went out of their way to help us with a rack to hang our washed laundry on! We had a smaller room but it was comfortable and clean with spacious bathroom.

Restaurant staff not as friendly as hotel staff. Took us a while to get served and no one came back to clear our plates or ask if we wanted anything else.

Classy intimate hotel with modern styling. Great facilities, very clean rooms with Bluetooth speakers a plus. Great stylish bar and lawn for summer drinks and reclining on the lounger. Location couldn't hvae been better either, 5 minutes from rail station and also minutes from downtown Bolzano & all it has to offer. Would 100% stay again should I be in Bolzano again soon. Staff very friendly and helpful too. Very pleasantly surprised!

If only we could have had one more night!

Excellent location with easy access to the City's old section and to the train station. The park like area for dining and sitting was exceptional; could have easily spent the entire day there. Breakfast had an extensive menu and service was outstanding.

Was surprised at the unfinished floor in our room. There was only one electric outlet in the room. Tub and shower was small and a bit uncomfortable to use. Had expected a way to make coffee or tea in the room.
