- Location directly in the main piazza - Breakfast was great! Very good selection to choose from - Public parking directly underground and close to the hotel (the parking and payment for our stay was much easier than we thought which was great!) - Comfortable bed and pillows - Friendly and helpful staff - Gym (limited equipment but still a nice to have)

- TV didn’t work in the room despite trying to get it fixed (we only have it on in the background so it wasn’t a big issue) - No kettle in the room which is a shame but I guess the hotel want you to buy that from their cafe - Extra charge for using the spa / sauna area which is a shame. You pay quite a bit to stay there so it would be nice if at least one visit would be included. - Woke up to no hot water one morning! It did get fixed by the evening but having a cold shower (and no apology or compensation offered) was a shock!

had everything you need for a wonderful trip but the ac in the room tainted the entire stay.

the worst thing which influenced the entire stay was that the AC IN YHE ROOM WAS TERRIBLE! When you have an active schedule one of the most important things is a good night sleep. the AC was so bad we had one of he worst sleeping experiences of our 4 week European trip. left us tired every morning because we got so little sleep the night before. the hotel was great in every other respect BUT NOT HAVING A RESTFUL NIGHT would make us choose a different hotel should we return here again.

I'm in love with this hotel! One of the best hotels I've ever been too! 1. The location just couldn't be better! It's right in the center of Bolzano! To be honest, when we arrived to the main square I couldn't believe it was our hotel haha as it was the most beautiful building (it's like when you come to the city and you see all those hotels in the center and they give you WOW effect; it was the same here). The city is small, so it's obvious that it's close to the railway station, to the main cathedral, and etc. 2. Our room was wonderful! I guess we've got an upgrade as our room was a little but more spacious than we expected. Lovely views from the windows, comfy bed, lovely bathroom with all the facilities, beautiful and clean room in general! I just loved it so much! Wish we could stay there longer. 3. The hotel in general is very nice. It's beautiful, the staff is very nice and polite, the elevators are working fine (there is an elevator even from the outside of the hotel). It felt like we were living in a castle some centuries ago haha. Cool! 4. I guess it's pretty pricey in summer, but we've been there in winter so the price was nice. 5. I loved the breakfast! We had absolutely everything there! Fish, eggs, ham, bakery, juices. So delicious. Thank you!

Location and atmosphere were great and the staff were lovely. Food in the restaurant was good, and the breakfast spread was fantastic.

Air conditioner in our room wasn't working when we arrived: it had been "turned off downstairs" despite the 35°C+ temperature outside. Luckily a quick query put this right, but it was a bit of a disappointing oversight to find a warm, stuffy room after travelling in the heat all day. Self-service coffee at breakfast might take some pressure off visibly harried staff 🙂

The hotel is ideally located in the city center of the beautiful Bolzano. The building is stunning, the room tastefully decorated, the staff very kind, the breakfast was amazing. We highly recommend!

Not much to be honest, just be aware that you cannot reach the hotel by car (pedestrian area all around), but there is an underground parking lot 100 m away. You need to book your time to the spa ahead of time as they restrict access. Can be a bit inconvenient but definitely good to enjoy some quite time.

This hotel was outstanding! That is a full notch above a great hotel. What made it that is the staff - and from the front desk staff to the dining area staff -- it was all one great experience! I think it was Alex at the front desk who made the best impression -- and he was professional and friendly and helpful -- and in such a way that it set the tone for my stay. You just do not get any better customer service anywhere! It was a great room with soft bed and nice shower. Nice room decor as well! Inward courtyard style looking room that actually turned out to be a plus as the snow came down and the light from the glass below shown upwards as the snow fell. Room stayed warm too! Great location at the head of the plaza and easy walking distance from the train station. Its a perfect place for exploring the city for a few days because you are very much in the middle of everything.

The hotel and its rooms are beautiful, artistic, clean, historic yet modern…and centrally located -right on Piazza Walther. Our room even has the beautiful piazza and church! The staffs were very acommodating and prompt. The breakfast was abundant and the place was beautiful and posh. The train station was only 5 min walking distance. It was such a wonderful experience staying there!

Nothing worth mentioning.

Amazing location in the centre of Bozen. Tasteful interiors and comfortable rooms. Quiet if you keep the windows closed. Effective air conditioning is enjoyable on hot summer days. The breakfast is just great and offers a variety of choice. Parking garage is close by and acceptably priced (22 EUR per day). For dinner I recommend ‘Wirtshaus Vögele’ at 5 min walk which offers typical tyrolean dishes. Reservation required if you want to sit outside on a summer eve.

Perfect location, excellent parking, nice room, excellent breakfast, very appreciated the elevator connecting the nearby pedestrian road directly to your floor.

Honestly there was quite limited possibility to adjust the room temperature: it was set to 20°C and you could increase it maximum to 23°C. When outside you have >35°C it's a kind of shock and it isn't even very environmentally friendly, in the end I had to switch it off. It would have been ok to set it at 24-25°C.

The location was in the city center and near the train station which was very convenient since that's how we traveled to Bolzano. The checkin process was very smooth, staff was friendly and explained all we needed to know. We traveled with a small dog which was welcome even in the breakfast room. There was a restaurant onsite and outdoor seating with a view of the square which was great. The room had a walkin shower with all the toiletries needed; bed and room were very comfortable.
