Breakfast was great, large variety eggs, meats, fruits and pastries. The staff was nice and helpful. Lights in the hall are on motion sensor so you didn’t have light coming under your door ( gap ) all night. They have blackout curtains so you can sleep in.

I didn’t care for the mattress ( memory foam ) but my friend loved it. Had to request the to be opened and it was hot and no A/C on, I guess for power conservation.

Have to admit I wasn't expecting much for a port hotel but we were pleasantly surprised. The decor is quite 90's looking but it was all maintained very well and it was clean and comfortable. The rooms were a very good size and had a very comfy bed and was very clean. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say was the location is not great if you want to go out in the town of Brindisi. The hotel is located in a bit of a ghost town of the port and warehouses so you definitely need a taxi to get to the town but if you want a hotel to access the ferry going to Greece, it is a perfect location. We stayed with our two dogs and they were very sweet with the pets.

For our purposes it was all great - nothing else was needed.

Good location if you are taking the ferry boat from Brindisi. Safe parking space. The room has a reasonably good standard - no thrills.

It seemed pointless to have a member of staff fill your plate from the breakfast buffet instead of doing it yourself. Certainly there was not benefit from a hygiene / COVID-19 perspective to do this. The first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We mentioned this to the reception and we were immediately offered another room.

Its a beautiful hotel, the staff was friendly, very helpful and quick if we needed anything. We travelled through Puglia via daytrips and it always felt like coming home when we arrived back.

When booking the room it said there was air conditioning - but there wasn’t air conditioning in the room even if there was in the rest of the hotel.

Location was accessible and suited us. Large parking area. Clean and room space adequate. Diversity of Breakfast options.

No light over flat working areas. Walls between bedrooms not insulated enough to stop noise transmission.

They let us do very early check in. Nice and modern hotel, very well equipped and clean. Two minutes walking from hotel there is a bus station - connection with the city center.

Rooms don’t have balconies. We took two separate rooms, in one room it was freezing cold, and the other didn’t have air conditioning at all. There is no way to adjust the temperature to your needs

Thanks to the staff at the front desk we had a good stay. Perfect place with our car to-get the ferry

Not close to any shops, restaurants or places to go.

Very friendly staff and a highly professional general manager. Everything is good value for money. The location is top no. 1 if someone like us wants to catch the ferry to Greece. Ample secure car parking.
