Wonderful accommodation with the most fantastic staff. The manager at the front desk was incredibly friendly, answering every question we had and offering support when needed. When arriving, there was a leak with the air conditioner in our room and the staff acted promptly, offering us complimentary upgrades to a private room which was sensational. Although it is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Cefalu, it is much better to stay in this location. The pool is beautiful and tranquil. We visited the sister hotel, Le Callete and much preferred Albero Del Paradiso. There are also facilities on site such as a gym, beauty (hair and nails) and massages. Buffet breakfast was also 10/10, this is really rare for Europe. The best breakfast on our 2 month European trip. Would certainly stay again.

The location of the hotel is spectacular. You have the peace and tranquility of the hills and greenery but are 5 minutes away from the beach and the busy life in cefalu town. The swimming pool is also quite spectacular with stunning views and set in green. The food is great and restaurant location again within a beautiful setting. The staff are absolutely exceptional - friendly and efficient at all times.

The hotel is traditional in decor but i actually love that. There are some rooms more modern than others and a few areas of the hotel that look slightly older.

Welcoming and professional staff. Good selection at breakfast. Pool was excellent with a pool bar and snacks. Food was delicious. We went to the reef club twice and worth the extra charge. Stunning bay and crystal clear water to swim and paddle board.

In a quiet residential area on a hill side. Fantastic views but a 15 minute walk uphill at night. We knew this and it was not a problem. Some people got taxis as the shuttle bus only runs during the day. You just need to be aware.

- good breakfast with a varied selection: fruit, cakes, cereal, cold meats/cheeses, bacon, eggs, juices, coffee etc. - beautiful setting in the hills - playground for young kids - stunning pool with jet and bubbles and bar which opens from 11am - free parking

- air con in bedrooms could be better - drinks on site were expensive in comparison to restaurants nearby, ie aperol spritz priced at €10 rather than €5 - kids meal expensive at €16

The service from reception, bar and restaurant was superb. Special thanks to Rosanna and the restaurant manager who were both very helpful and accommodating. The staff made a point of knowing our names and welcoming us in and out of the hotel - a really nice touch. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food and service were great. The walk down to the town was fine but back up was a bit of a stretch in the heat (and I like a good walk), so we opted for the free shuttle bus back from the beach and then a taxi back later (about 15 EUR). The rooms were clean and well serviced. The pool area is beautiful and service to your sun lounger is another nice event. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and whilst the location is up the hill and out of town, it's a beautiful setting. It was an expensive stay but we thoroughly enjoyed it and would certainly recommend it.

This place was amazing! Some friends and I took the train from Palermo to Cefalu and walked about 10 minutes to the hotel. We were blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff was. The Alberi Del Paradiso felt like I was truly on vacation. My room had an amazing view of the old town of Cefalu looking out to the water. The breakfast was really good with tons of fresh food to choose from. There are shuttle buses that take you to the beach if you wish to go (which you should). As an alternative, the pool is very relaxing with partial tree cover. Highly recommend staying here!

Pool, restaurant, breakfast, view, tennis court. Staff, especially Rosario, Matteo, Alessandro ( the Maitre D' ) , Giuseppe ( waiter ) who were all very kind and quietly efficient. The tennis coach was helpful, too. ( Giovanni )

Building work going on - no warning that it would be so close. But Rosario, the duty manager, resolved this by changing my room to a lovely one far away from any noise. I think the shuttle bus to La Calette ( sister hotel ) should also make a regular stop and pick up near the old town. And the front desk should advise pax that there is a local bus which goes up and down from hotel to centre.

Staff Friendliness and efficiency. The room was very well looked after by the cleaning ladies who seemed to be on sight all the time. Good SPA and massage experience. Well kept garden with lots of birds chirping, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Al Capone restaurant is a great asset. A good example of fine dining. Highly recommended.

Fantastic five nights here. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you. Room was mixed clean and spacious with everything that you need. Food was lovely pool peaceful and warm. The use of the sister hotel was a wonderful added bonus. Our only wish is that we had booked more than the five nights. Superb

The location was great. However it was a high up in the hills. So there’s a walk to the beach down hill which is fine. It’s the uphill !! Shuttle only runs once an hour and u have to book. I didn’t mind the walk at all. My family not so much. Best showers in Sicily 🙏
