Well taken care of property, clean amd comfy. The hotel is definitely good for a relaxed stay. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. All the arrangements were met. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Overall really satisfied with the stay and the staff

The location is hard to commute to by public transport, you either have to take a cab from ciampino station ir use the hotel shuttle which is well organized by the hotel and Benjamin the driver. The bathroom shower need a little attention, nothing bad just the silicone lining needs to be replaced.

Really nice comfy room with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and offered a well-priced shuttle to the airport in the morning. We only stayed one night to be close to the airport but wish we had stayed a little longer as it seemed like a pretty area.

With the location being quite rural, it was quite tricky to get there from Rome without a car. We got the train and then had to walk about half an hour to the property on some busy roads. I think a better breakfast selection could have been offered for the price it cost. Also, the walls/doors seemed to be quite thin as we got woken up in the morning by people talking in the corridor outside our room...

Fantastic location and park with chairs and tables Great view of rome and very friendly staff and service. Dogs allowed. Large rooms. Very clean. Possibility to drive guests to the trainstation or reataurants. 10 min train to rome central station.

The only point is that there is no restaurant on site or next to the property, but there are plenty options not far, you need a car though.

We arrived and our room had a double bed rather than a single, so we were upgraded to the delux suite. The staff was very kind and accomodated our gluten free needs and were very quick to help with anything we asked for. I was even picked up from a station nearby upon request I really appreciated the hospitality of the staff, the grounds were very green and the building is beautiful.

The location was a little cut off, the nearby restaurant was great but it was hard and dangerous to get around by walking.

The room was beautiful and well equipped. We had paid for a deluxe room which was because it had a stunning view. It didn't disappoint. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We stayed here for one night before moving on to my son's wedding venue in the country. It started beautifully what became a completely perfect trip. The restaurant was not open, but because there were so many of us they brought in staff and laid on both lunch and dinner. It was set at a good price and the food was beautiful.

I would have loved the property to have a pool. We had children with us and there was nothing for them to do. The next large hotel we moved to had a pool. and a little play area. We knew in advance it did not have any of that, but it would have made a beautiful hotel even more appealing.

The place is really nice. We stayed only for one night and we didn't use much the facilities. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast was also very good.

It would be great to have a swimmingpool, but they're working on it. I hope next time there is already there.

Hotel was wonderful as was the staff. Booked this place as it was 15 minutes from Rome’s Ciampino Airport and we had to leave the hotel for the airport at 5 AM. It seems as though we were in a countryside setting but we were only about 15 minutes from the airport. We really liked the hotel! We would stay here again.

Enjoyed the property very much, and can’t think of any negatives.

Rachel from reception was super helpful with everything we requested, as we came with 3 babies we had some unique requests, and she was always attentive and smiling. The place was green and nice, big and heated rooms and lovely breakfast. Big rooms, clean and tidy.

Bathrooms should be renovated and modernised

After the bustle of Rome, this was a welcome breather before an early flight .. there are wide open spaces to relax in nice gardens and a terrace for drinks .. food was lovely despite a limited menu as we are out of season. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here are it was close to the airport. But it still cost almost as much to get to the airport in a shuttle as a taxi from Rome .. worth considering.. but we largely didn’t care because of the fantastic views and relaxing environment

I can't thank the receptionist enough for getting up in the middle of the night as we were stranded in Rome due to snow at Stansted. She greated us with the warmest welcome and was more than happy to accommodate us. Rooms were lovely and the views were like being in tuscany. It was such a shame we couldn't stay to appreciate it. Thank you for being so kind
