Great breakfast, cleanness, nice and supportive staff (some talking many languages - French, English, German and Italian), very good Wi-fi, large parking for hotel capacity, daily clean-up, quiet and large room, large balcony with mountain view, planned time access to breakfast, enough heat in the room (end October 2022).

Maybe a small detail : All the doors (bathroom and wardrobe) creaked terribly like in horror movies. We were there within period of October 31th - Halloween - so, sounds like these are appreciated by others but not by us :)

Location was great for our walks and taking the gondola up to the mountains. We were surprised to find we had an excellent shared balcony with chairs outside where we could sit and cool off or watch the thunderstorms. The room was a lovely size, the bathroom was great and there was daily room service. They had a small number of gluten free options at breakfast and lactose free milk! Staff were helpful and we were able to leave our bags in a cloakroom when we arrived early the first day. Bed is very comfortable.

Dead flies and wasp in our room on arrival. Shower door was difficult to close. Breakfast was limited, with mainly pastries, cakes, cereal, yogurt so gluten intolerant guest felt a little short changed with some crackers and an equivalent to Bourbon biscuits and rice cakes.

+ very friendly personel, at desk both Ms. and Mr. They were undestanding, answered all questions, help with accommodation, they even stayed longer because of our late arrival (traffic jams). + Room was clean, + Hot water, one time soap and others +Comfy bed + 1 floor + Big balcony +Big parking + Nice mountain view (even with ugly Audi commercials ;-) ) + Breakfast was good, you can take as much as you want, coffe was good + Close to the shop + Close to the city centre

- no fridge in room - curtains in windows are too short, we were very tired and wanted to sleep a bit longer - price could be a bit lower, moreover price varies every day in a week a lot - a bit older look, need refreshing - key was stuck in a keyhole, happened a lot, might consider locksmith

Hotel location is central with gondola lift to Tofane at walking distance, same is true for Ice Hockey stadium. Pedestrian area is 500m away. Staff is friendly and Breakfast is good.

Hotel was in it prime time during the 70s. Renovition is needed to match the scenery. Room temperature was too hot and we could not adjust it. Bathroom is functional but lacks some hangers and shelves.

Everything was amazing, the reception staff were very friendly and genuine. The room was spacious and really nice. Most important for us it was clean and the breakfast really nice.

Just a tip for improvement the bed was uncomfortable. We were sinking in the middle but managed through the week 😊

The hotel is really good! Very confortable. Perfect location. A parking area for the car is available for free. The skibus station is 5min away by foot. The breakfast is amazing, with a lot of options.

The bathroom is very old but everything works well.

No wall plugs in the room but one which was for the tv,had to pull it off to charge our phones. There is one in the bathroom also

The location of the hotel was fabulous. It was just a few minutes walk to the nearest gondola. It was about a 10 minute walk to the city center. My single room had a full size tub and balcony. The hotel had good heating. Breakfast had the typical variety of items. The parking lot was large compared to other nearby hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

The ski room is more like a closet than a separate room. Other hotels have heated boot racks and benches.

Would be better if the bathtub in single room can be fitted with shower curtain and a shower head holder.

Very nice single room with private toilet/shower. The staff was helpful and nice. 10 min away (walking) from the city center. Possibility to park the car onsite. Good Internet connection. Very good breakfast.

As a suggestion, a (even plastic) protection for the bathtub/shower to avoid water to come outside would be a great improvement.
