Location was great and do was breakfast. staff were friendly and helpful. Place was clean.

I booked room with balcony and construction at sight right across from balcony. Construction started at 7:15-8am daily. Couldn’t enjoy balcony. I understand this is out of the property’s hands but maybe it should be stated that construction is in front of hotel. You can hear people above and next to you walking/stomping and the doors were being slammed by others when entering and exiting room. It was loud noise with doors and walking above especially when trying to sleep in morning and night.

The staff was amazingly helpful. I had a full pile of laundry after hiking the Alta via 1, and since I was staying only one night, it wasn’t looking good that I would get my laundry back in time. They found a place in town for me that was willing to do my laundry and complete it within a few hours. Appreciated that extra level of service. Also the price can’t be beat for the area. It’s perfectly comfortable and the room is not a “dump”, which you might assume at the price point.

No A/C and mysterious stain on duvet cover, which they promptly replaced.

The location is perfect walking distance to the bus station. The concierge were very friendly as well as the lady in the breakfast who is very friendly and enthusiastic in striking a conversation (except the guy who doesn’t even say hi or say good morning at all). The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good aspect of the hotel. I highly recommend Hotel Regina.

Nothing to dislike but just a suggestion. I wish they provided a coffeemaker or hotwater pot in the room. Otherwise I have no complaints at all.

The staff was really nice, they helped a lot with explanations about hikes in the area. I'm vegan and there was plant based butter and two choices of non dairy milk. The view is fantastic. The location is excellent.

The room had no air conditioning like many hotels in Europe (something I knew in advance), but I was on ground floor and there was no way to get fresh air during the night beside opening the barless window in a manner that someone could get in from outside if he wanted.

An amazing location with a great breakfast. My friend and I were there bike touring. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The restaurant in the hotel looked really good (we did not eat there). The breakfast was top notch. Basically right in town so an easy walk to everything. And Cortina is just a beautiful place to stay.

For two single people the room was pretty small so not much ability to separate beds.

Location was great, easy to walk everywhere. Room was clean, and the rainhead shower was very nice. Friendly staff.

Place was a little more barebones than other hotels (in other cities) we stayed at during our trip, but ultimately was a good value/good place to stay as we were out on adventures most of the time.

The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations and was greatly appreciated ahead of two big days of hiking. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Amazing location in Cortina d'Ampezzo!

The room felt a bit dated but was ultimately functional. I was disappointed to learn that the spa/sauna were out of service since I was looking forward to some R&R.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, a great selection for salty or fruity, perfect fuel for an early start hiking, with tasty espresso of course. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The location was great, just a 5 min walk from the bus station, and right on the ring of the central town for the whole selection of bars and restaurants. The single room is smaller than I'm used to in a hotel, but I was very happy for the cheaper option as a solo traveller, and the shower was wonderful after a full day hiking! Space enough to do yoga under the rain showerhead!

Our room was big and spacious. We had all the needed amenities. The location was great, we were able to walk to everything in town. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was the best breakfast we had on our trip. There were so many options including some gluten free ones. We were able to park our car their for an additional fee but it was very reasonable.

Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean, excellent location. The hotel saved an otherwise unlucky ski trip (the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel, but walking is also an option).

Veggies for breakfast would have been nice. The design of the room, while perfectly okay, was a bit subpar compared to the generous lobby and even the contemporary bathroom.
