Location is great in the middle of the city. Parking is a little far but not an issue. The staf did great effort to make us feel comfortable. The room is nice and specious.

The room DOES NOT have aircondition, althogh in the booking site of the hotel it says it does, Room tempertaure was high(above 25) and we copuld not keep the window open at night beaciuse of loud noise from the street. The staff gave us a fan that worked fine and "saved" our nights.

Oh my - there's nothing not to like at this hotel. Loved the entire friendly staff, appreciated they could speak English, the breakfast was incredible (their baked goods - WOW), the rooms were uniquely decorated, enjoyed the spa on the 6th floor, and it's a great location to explore the town. We most appreciated how kind and helpful the staff was to help us navigate our hike locations in the Dolomites. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

We had dinner at the hotel one evening and felt the food was good, but not great. Service was excellent. Just felt the price of the dinner didn't meet the expectations of the food.

I was traveling on a vacation with my family and had a ton of questions before arriving for the hotel staff, how to book excursions?, could we check in early?, could they help prepare a special dinner for a birthday?, etc. They went above and beyond to answer each and every question and were also so accommodating in person. The hotel itself is recently redone and it is GORGEOUS - the rooms are spacious and the spa is just WOW... do yourself a favor and definitely book time to enjoy relaxing in there. I also appreciated their intention to remain as sustainable as possible. Also, there breakfast, which is included, is AMAZING. The hotel is also centrally located right in the downtown so you have easy access to everything and everything is walkable.

Fantastic staff. Great amenities. It was our honeymoon and they really went above and beyond with the welcome they gave us. Great location and in room services.

Maybe offering free parking. To have to pay an additional charge (though not too expensive) for this seemed unnecessary given the price of the room and that the area is not a major city (I imagine most guests drive to the hotel).

Hotel De Len went above and beyond to make our stay special and one we'll always remember. We were actually staying here as part of an engagement surprise! They were more than happy to help with setting up the room, which they did a phenomenal job and felt totally invested in the proposal. Francesco on the front desk was particularly incredible throughout the stay! Staff - incredibly friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, we were very looked after Facilities - the spa was incredible, the lounge was a brilliant place to hang out, the hotel was spotless, the decor in the rooms were spot on Food - the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was order at table buffet style, so much tasty food! I can't convey enough just how brilliant this hotel and the staff were.

Absolutely nothing - the hotel was perfect!

The staff was very helpful and always available. Breakfast and the spa were amazing. Location and hotel design were also great. The best part was have the guide Francesco give us information on the hiking trails of the area.

Unfortunately the hotel rooms do not have air-conditioning nor fan. We were extremely hot during the nights and unable to keep windows open due to noise (the windows were great at blocking outside noise completely). We stayed 3 nights and had poor sleep because June does get warm in the area. In preparation for the 2026 Olympics, please put A/C or fans in room because most US and South American tourist will not completely enjoy the stay otherwise.

There were many aspects that I loved about Hotel de Len, including its location in one of Cortina D’Amprezzo’s town center, its friendly staff, the awesome breakfast, the free amenities (all drink items in the mini fridge are free of charged and restocked daily) and the beautiful room and bathroom.

The only complaint that I have is that there is no air con, but I think that’s typical of properties in the area.

The facility, the location, the food, the Spa is small but very beautiful.

Policy about parking and spa, considering that we are paying nearly 500 Euro per night in the lowest possible season I do not understand: 1. Why we have to pay additional 25 Euro per day per parking 2. You have only 1 hour Spa per stay, after that you pay 30 Euro per additional hour - I am wondering if I come in winter and pay 1000 Euro, would they make me pay 30 hour for any hour of Spa….

The hotel is amazing! The staff were more than willing to help with requests, they helped us organise our hikes, dinners and spa time. The facilities were exceptional from the hotel room, where you're left daily surprises, like herbal teas, sweet treats and a turndown service to the relaxation room where you can read, drink tea and sit by the fire. And then onto the spa, the free hour was beautiful and will definitely want to make you book a treatment. The restaurants food was delicious, we had dinner and breakfast- just make sure you go to breakfast with a good appetite as you will be served like a king. Location of the hotel is great for walks, taxi pick up, bus routes and walking distance to a gondola.

There was nothing we didn't like, it was simply the best stay.

Everything! Absolutely love the hotel and will definitely spread the word to my friends about our lovely stay here. We love the interior and the concept of the hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The room exceeded our image that we have in mind. The balcony in our room had the most beautiful view. The Spa facility of this hotel had the most modern 5-stars decor and equipped with the best spa quality brands. The hot pool with jacuzzi had the best view. We checked into the hotel after our 5 hours hiked at the Tre Cime and used the spa facility was the best experience ever. Also, amazing breakfast!!!

The parking was outside and about 4-5 mins walk to the hotel, not that convenient when it's raining.
