This charming, cosy and welcoming hotel was a joy to stay at. Our recently renovated room was lovely and had a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Also nice toiletries and great to have a kettle for tea and coffee in the room. But the real gems are the staff. Everyone was so lovely - especially Lucia and Serena at the front desk. They were kind and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast included was also fantastic. A great selection and lots of local options including honeycomb and wonderful yoghurt made from alpine cows milk. Walkable to the main street in just a few minutes and close to great restaurants and ski lifts. Would stay here again in a flash.

Everything. This is a 3 stars Hotel with a 5 stars service! The Hotel was really beautiful, nicely decorated and with an high attention to detail. The room was nice and cosy, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. Truly a magnificent view to wake up to! Everything was cleaned to a high standard, something that I learned not to take for granted from my years of traveling. The staff was also incredibly friendly, nice and helpful. They truly make you feel welcome and are always available if you need something, even if it’s just recommendations on where to go or where to eat. We truly enjoyed dining at the Hotel’s restaurant so there was no need for us to eat somewhere else. The food was simply exquisite. We loved our stay so much that we decided to visit again soon, hopefully at this same exact hotel!

The staff were lovely (except one). The breakfast was delicious, copious, varied and extremely well presented. We used the bar every night and enjoyed the space very much as there were 9 of us in the group and 2 were staying at another hotel so we were able to meet in "our bar". We had our first night's meal at the restaurant there and it was delicious, by far the best meal we had in Cortina. Our room was comfortable though a bit small, but our sunny balcony made up for the close quarters. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Beautiful property in central location in Dolomites and in Cortina D’Ampezzo. The decoration of the property is very pretty and the staff was friendly and helpful. Stunning views from the balcony (and from the town in general). Wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of variety.

Parking was limited on Friday morning due to local market in the parking lot they recommend for use. Luckily they have a few parking spaces next to the hotel and we were lucky enough to get one on Thursday evening. The young man working in the restaurant refused to even acknowledge us when we went by to ask a question in the evening and again ignored us at breakfast the next morning.

Only stayed for one night but the hotel was perfect for us. We used the private spa area (at an additional cost) which was lovely. Really good breakfast, too. There are only a handful of parking spots but if you get one they don't charge you to leave your car there. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

Nice location near center of town. Very cute place and clean. Beautiful mountain view on the balcony. Delicious and varied breakfast.

On Tuesdays and Saturdays(?), there is a market in the public parking next door so you must park in the hotel's small lot. You have to back up where you came in order to exit. Do not drive forward onto the walking path that would be just wide enough to fit your car...*wink* There are swinging splash panels in our shower. Make sure they are angled in towards the tub or else the water will dribble onto the floor.

We loved everything about our stay, the room was very clean, confortable and well equipped. we especially liked the large terrace off the room to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. The staff must be complimented, nothing was a problem and they were beyond helpful with restaurant bookings and assisting with ski information. And the breakfast was superb, as well as the evening meal we enjoyed.

the breakfast setup was a little awkward though we got used to it, the food was good and the service very good.

Ciasa Lorenzi exceeded all of our expectations. We were always greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, particularly on reception. The room was beautiful with lots of nice touches. The breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of food. Would highly recommend as a place to stay and would stay again. Very good value.

Open Spa to general use.

Beautiful building inside and out with lots of wood decorations. Very comfortable room with a huge bed and terrace with gorgeous view of the Tofana mountain top. Amazing breakfast, also presented very stylishly in small jars and boxes. Looking forward to trying their restaurant on the next visit.

Cortina is generally a more expensive destination.
