The location was awesome. I loved being close to the center with such gorgeous views. Staff was also very friendly. I’m American so I’m used to a little more space and thicker mattresses but I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the bed was. One of the best places we stayed on our whole trip in Europe!

Room was a little tight, but economical. Only real complaint was the shower was small and one of the shower doors was broken so water leaked on the floor.

The locations is really good and accessible. The people in the reception are very welcoming. Breakfast has a lot of selection and my room is cozy and quiet. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, Im happy with my stay. Plus the view of my window is direct to the dolomites.

I don't think this is a significantly better location in terms of convenience. This is possibly right in the centre of Cortina, so walking to restaurants was always a breeze. The facade of the hotel is welcoming, the lobby area extremely warm. The interior is rustic. A ski room for boots and skis is located on the ground floor beside the lift. The various reception staff ranged from friendly to extremely friendly. All were very helpful. Breakfast spread was decent, and the breakfast lady ran the show very efficiently. She was really friendly and helpful as well. My room was a little towards the small side, but was functional and clean. We could fit our backpacks fine, and there was sufficient cabinet space for our things. There was a balcony as well. The toilet is fine, shower area is a little squeezy, but nothing depressing. Bed was not super comfortable, but the pillows were relatively awesome (firm) vs other places we stayed on Europe

Nothing major, just things to note. We stayed in September. Cortina is a place where parking will be an issue regardless of circumstance. So on that note, I am sure that during peak season, onsite hotel parking will be filled by late afternoon. There are about 7-8 parking slots, but many more rooms than that. Hotel does a great job of sharing the paid and free parking zones around the area. Bells of the church just opposite will chime regularly, if you are sensitive to that. The sound will probably be heard around a radius, but Hotel Montana is right beside the church.

The location was excellent right in the middle of the town. There are plenty of things to do around the town from this location. The facilities were spotlessly clean. We were travelling as a family (my husband and myself, and our daughter and her husband. We had a combining room and shared bathroom on the 3rd level overlooking the church and into the mountains. The included breakfast was a treat with plenty to choose from. Even though we were next to the bell tower of the church, this wasn't a problem as the bell doesn't ring during the night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and their English is very good.

We were very impressed so there is nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of variety. Bathrooms are updated and spacious - a great shower! The staff were fantastic - always friendly and helpful!

Parking is a real issue as there are many works happening in town centre to prepare for Winter Olympics - we had trouble finding any available parks and had to pay quite a bit when we did secure a park. I understand this was outside control of the hotel, as was the noise from other guests in early morning and late evenings.

I had a pretty small room with probably the smallest bed I've ever had (I'm 6'3). But the room was very clean, and it was perfectly positioned for me, so it was great value for money. The hotel is located on Corso Italia, which gives you access to a bunch of shops and restaurants. But more importantly for me, it's only about 500m away from the bus station, which is perfect if you don't drive and intend to do a few hikes in the Dolomite's, which I did.

The shower was very small. For someone my size, I barely had room to move.

The staff was excellent particularly Patricia who went above and beyond to help us and answer questions. We ran in to some problems with parking since it is a very busy village. She helped us find a solution. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. The location was right in the middle of Cortina so you are near everything.

The town was a bit busier than we anticipated but we enjoyed the hotel.

The hotel is clean with a fantastic town centre location. The staff were always friendly. The rooms are simple but pleasant, and this at the front have great views. We were a group of cyclists and the facilities had everything we needed including a lock up store for our bikes and limited parking.

There is limited space at breakfast and sometimes replacement dishes can take a little time to come out.

Booked a week here in february for skiing and enjoyed it very much. The location is great in the middle of the city, we even had direct view of the Cortina's church and tower plus a small view of the slopes (on the tofana side). Bus station (absolute must for skiing) is 50meters away and it's a terminus station so you are pretty much guaranteed to catch any bus. Ask at the reception for the buses to slopes (3 and 8) and they'll happily explain the routes to you. We had hot water, clean towels and bed sheets, soap, shampoo. Bed and rooms were cleaned up every day, pretty much everything was as expected. There was also a tv in each room, plus electrical sockets on each side of the bed with nicely positioned stands to charge our stuff. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Not much to complain, although I'd mention the breakfast was identical every day and it could use some extra variety, maybe some omelette/fried egg, sausages or something like that. The ski room was absolutely full during our stay also it got a bit stinky, I guess it could use some expansion and better ventilation, but this is just a minor note, I still give the hotel a 10 overall. Personally, I would have liked a small fridge in the room but I just used the balcony to store some snacks and drinks cold.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was a nice hotel run by the family, the personnel was really nice and helpful. It is centrally located, just at town square at the main basilica. The room was rather comfortable, with a spacious balcony facing the church and the high street. The incredible view of the Dolomites can be caught from the balcony as well. The room got all the facilities, the bed was comfortable; there was a TV, a little table and chairs. The WC/shower was newly decorated with a hair dryer, clean towels, shower gel, soap. The standard breakfast was served: boiled eggs, toasts, flakes, yogurts, tea/coffee etc. The hot baked croissants were served very fresh and yummy.

The bells of the basilica ringing every 15 minutes during the day, approx. from 8 am to 8pm. Yet it was not the problem as we stayed out most the day.
