Nice rooms with a mountain view. Front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. Located outside Cortina with plenty of free parking spaces. Close to great hikes.

Restaurant. Waiter was rude, acted like he owns the place, whistling all the time even when serving the food. The food itself was terrible. My wife ordered their “special” mashed potato wrapped in fish fillet. After my wife complained about the taste she was told it was heated in microwave.

We absolutely loved this place! One of our favourite places to stay in the Dolomites! We opted for a Mountain View room with a balcony and the views were breathtaking. The location of this hotel is beautiful, you are in the centre of snow capped mountains, surrounding in all directions. There are meadows right next to the hotel where you can picnic while you enjoy serenity. The drive to the hotel is beautiful, it’s also situated very close to Falzarego Pass, which you must visit and take the cable car up! The food at the restaurant was really good. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They have ample parking as well!

We were here for only 1 night. The location was perfect with beautiful mountains surrounding the property and its proximity to surrounding sights. Breakfast was outstanding and had a huge selection. The room was not huge , just decently sized , but the washroom was spacious enough and clean. Free parking was a plus.

We didn't use room service, but we needed to warm milk/water at night. So it would have been great to have some kind of facility like a microwave in a common room to heat up stuff. Since there are no stores nearby, so having more facilities in the property itself would have been very helpful for families with kids.

First of all, rooms are very good! bed is comfy, room is very clean, there’s a nice view as well. Second of all, the staff is lovely! polite, warm and very helpful! The restaurant is very good! the food is high quality, you can tell it’s fresh! size of portion is very good! all kinds of food we tried were excellent!

there’s nothing bad really, the Wi-Fi didn’t really work in both of the rooms we stayed at. Very important to know, the hotel is located above the city, you’re gonna need a cab or a bus, unless you have a car

Our room was huge and recently renovated with amazing views of the mountains from the windows. Really great value for money. Breakfast was fantastic

Booking.com states that this hotel is a few k out of town, but be warned that it's actually more like 6k up a steep and winding mountain road. Cabs into town run at about 50 EURO. There is an infrequent bus service from outside the hotel, and we were able to use that to do all of the hikes that we wanted using that, but it meant having to be super planned and regimented- not always what you want on vacation (even a hiking vacation!)

This stay was absolutely amazing- great secluded quiet location with very hospitable atmosphere from staff from check in to check out. Restaurant alongside was delicious and fairly priced. The lobby staff was very accommodating for calling us a taxi when we needed. The breakfast offered was the only hotel breakfast the Dolomites we had that offered hot food. WiFi was spotty but everything else made up for it. Would definitely recommend.

claudio was most helpful in explaining to me the layout of the town and possible treks to do in the surrounding area. he was also knowledgeable about the trek conditions, parking points and lift opening hours. most grateful for this. if you need any visit suggestions do approach the counter staff. room was spacious and clean. parking was no problem given the hotel’s large parking lot. amazing view from the hotel as well

Amazing location of the house next to the ski slopes. Beautiful breakfast/dining hall with historic flair and views of the mountains. Delicious breakfast and à la carte food in the dinner restaurant. Rooms are renovated and beds are very comfortable. A private sauna can be reserved for an hour. We were here for 3 days of skiing and will come back, it was great!

Coffee from the machine was rather mediocre. We missed the great Italian coffee.

We had 2 rooms in the hotel and were delighted with our stay. The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and a great help to newcomers visiting the area. He made us feel at home. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are excellent. There are great walks within few minutes drive.....some of the most stunning scenery in Europe I would say!! A great place for a visit to the Dolomites.

As I was running the Lavaredo ultra trail I hoped to have a bath and a clean, quiet room and I got all of those things plus more. A big massive bedroom with a balcony to gaze wishfully at the beautiful Dolomites. A mini fridge for cold beer. Really kind and helpful reception staff which when traveling alone is a always appreciated. I had a really great stay here which I will remember fondly for the rest of my days and to top it off it was great value for money.

It's not really a compliant but my room was always cleaned despite having the do not disturb tag on the room.
