The hotel is strategically located 5 min walk from the city center, very convenient for quick tours. Also if you want to have some drinks and some fun you can just park your car and have no worries that you need to drive back to the hotel during the cold night and the icy roads. You can park the car and just walk around. The breakfast had both hot and cold choices, with good variety of snacks. Definitely worth to book room with breakfast included. The parking outside is free but you have the choice to park in the basement for an extra charge. Overall was nice experience and will definitely book the same hotel assuming will be the cheapest compared to others around.

The bathroom was old and needs some renovation. The room was quite small (3 single beds in the main building) but was acceptable since we booked it only for one day.

We stayed for 4 nights during the last week of September and early October & it was our first time in the Dolomites. It was walking distance to town and there is free parking in the hotel. It was in a good location where restaurants and shops are walking distance. We ate dinner in restaurants close by. At check in, the reception gave us a list of recommended restaurants. The staff were nice. The breakfast was filling and they offered a variety of food and drinks. The pastries were not so good. We had better ones in the hotel at Val Gardena. On our first night, there was a big bus and in the morning, the breakfast area was so full & chaotic. There was almost no table available. The coffee/espresso maker line was very long and they ran out of cups, etc. I felt sorry for the staff who looked overwhelmed. Thank goodness that the next 3 days were better since we were in a rush to go to the mountains. We had a standard room in the Annex with a good view of the mountains & a little patio with chairs. It was quiet at night. The room rate we got was reasonably priced for the area. I was a little chilly at night and the hotel staff told us that they don’t turn on the gas until winter. Overall, our stay was good.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was very clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, allowing me to enjoy stunning scenery throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated in a nice area with easy access to nearby attractions and shops. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again.

I loved my cosy little single room - I had an epic mountain view and the room had everything I needed for my 3-night stay. It rained for a full day during my visit and it was great to rest, use the good Wi-Fi, and enjoy the views in the room. The staff were friendly and happy to give advice on restaurants and activities. Better than the tourist information office, in fact.

The breakfast was a bit of a mixed bag in terms of things to eat, and I didn't find it that good, overall. The location isn't bad, but it's at the bottom of town, so most restaurants are around 15 minutes walk uphill. Not ideal if you're tired from walking!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality.The location is a dream for any mountain enthusiast. Loved the traditional room with the spectacular view. The breakfast was an absolute pleasure. The location of the hotel was the best part as there is a private parking and you could walk to the center of the town. I will visit it again for sure :)

Everything was perfect.

The staff were very friendly. We unfortunately got one of the only rooms without a view of any mountains, which was unfortunate given that was one of the main reasons for our visit, but the walking path is close by so we were able to walk up the street to a nice bench to drink our coffee and take in the views! The breakfast was phenomenal and our beds were very comfortable!

No Mountain View, though I do believe that the majority of their rooms have mountain facing windows. I would make sure you specify in your reservation you would like a Mountain View room if that is what you are coming for! (We did not and that is our mistake)

We went for the cheapest room available which was in the attic. This meant we had beams to deal with and thankfully only stopping one night so didn't forget and crack my skull. However, the room was spacious enough for our needs and the bed was comfortable enough. The views from the windows were spectacular but apart from sleep we didn't spend that long in the room. WiFi worked well and the other guests were considerate enough. Room rate included breakfast which was actually more comprehensive than first expected. Room was luxurious and the fayre was varied (hot and cold) and plentiful. Check-in and check-out were efficient and professional and we had no concerns.

We would have found it beneficial if the room could of had a fridge but I guess these are budget rooms for Cortina. We also selected the cheapest room rate and were advised before arrival that it would be in the attic where beams were also prevelent.

It was our first year anniversary and they surprised us with a glass of sparkling wine and a small cake in the room when we arrived. The room was very nice with comfortable beds. Breakfast was included and it was quite good. Great and kind stuff. Parking is free in the hotel and the location is pretty good, you can walk to the city center in 10 minutes with great views.

It is definitely quite expensive, although maybe it is just the location, Cortina. Also, we had dinner in the hotel, which was very taste but quite expensive too. Unfortunately, they do not have spa/sauna/hot tub like other hotels in the surroundings do.

We arrived ~11pm and they had left us a free range egg omelette with organic courgette which was delicious and just what we needed after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was very nice, but just a little short on vegetarian options (but there was enough to eat). Great location a few minutes walk of the town centre. Ample parking. We got a lovely room with nice balcony with super views. Very friendly staff with take away pizza snacks for your lunch if you wanted them.

Everything was great.

We got a higher quality room than our reservation for the same price. My knee wounded in hiking, and I could get ice to cool it. The renewed suite is reaaly nice - but the glass door of the bathroom in the middle of the room is a little bit strange.
