This was our second stay at this hotel, but this time we asked for a Junior suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. Before arrival we asked for a crib, which was already inside, but in the evening we decided to get another one for our little girl as we preferred not to use the sofa bed, they provided it within approx.10 minutes, which was great! The staff is very friendly and polite!

Since there are no air conditioning in the rooms (which is understandable being in the mountains), we left the windows and doors a bit open for the nights. Unfortunately our room was very close to the garbage area, and the first night (after 11pm) our children woke up for the noise of the glasses crashing in the trash which was very loud. The other nights we paid more attention and immediately closed the doors when we heard what was about to happen. A few nights before we left there was a family with 2 dogs under our room, and they were fighting 2 nights with their neighbours’ dog, which again forced us to close everything. The morning of our check-out we learned that they finally asked for another room, but it was unpleasant to hear them 2 nights straight.

The property was lovely and very close to town. Easy to walk to anything you wanted. Actually preferred being able to walk 7 min and not be in the center of the hustle.

I was upset with the spa. The woman tending to the spa was actually quite rude. We had an encounter that I felt she handled poorly.

The view is astonishing, the staff incredibly nice and supportive, breakfast very high quality and the furniture is minimal but brand new

The shuttle to the pistes could be improved (higher frequency, nicer drivers). The hotel is very comfortable overall and offers a nice stay, but the price is way too high.

Location is fantastic and the food at dinner is amazing - second time we have stayed and will visit again. Staff super helpful

Nothing. Some of the waiting staff are inexperienced but always willing to help and very polite.

Great space with double/triple height ceilings, a short walk to town, fantastic staff, transfers to the ski lifts included and lovely bedrooms

If the eggs had been made to order at breakfast, that would have been even better!

Lack of adjustable air conditioning in the rooms (fixed 24 degrees too warm overnight).

Shower -we had to call twice about it, it just cut out and then sputters back with scolding water. Made it very unpredictable to use and not great experience.

Fantastic hotel - great views, clean tidy, excellent facilities, and the staff were brilliant with top quality service.

Not as close to ski lifts as we thought, but free hotel shuttle service so not a major issue. Plus side was that the hotel was very peaceful
