Absolutely EVERYTHING. The hotel is really well located- 5mns on foot to the center and far enough to be in a quiet and peaceful setting. The garden and hotel itself are really beautiful and very well kept. It is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is AMAZING. They have a lot of options and even have a section of the buffet that is gluten-free. Dinner is amazing and very classy. The service is also incredible. Adam, Mario, Natale and Milena at the restaurant were just so caring and polite .. we really felt like we were in a 5star hotel 😊 It is DEFINITELY value for money and we highly recommend for a short or longer stay.

We spent total of 5 nights in this wonderful hotel. Originally we only booked for three nights. It was so good that we decided to change our plan to have two more nights in Courmayeur. It is perfectly located in a very quiet and beautiful area with less than10min walk to the center and bus hub, from there you pretty much can go everywhere. Room is very clean and comes with very nice deco (very Italian :-)). Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent with many options. Dining experience is superb. Special kudos to Adam, Mario, and Natale in dining room, who always have smiles on their faces and try to help to make you feel so welcome. Will definitely come back again. Plus it has a spa and sauna, which is so great after long day in hiking TMB.

The location was perfect for accessing trails and the pedestrian zone. The breakfast food was excellent. The views out our window of the mountains were magnificent.

The staff at breakfast made it feel too formal. If we came too early from our time slot we were told. My shoes were checked as if they might not be approved, but they were. I actually asked in advance. I know there is pride in the set up of the breakfast display, but it almost came at the expense of the guest comfort. I also didn't think we needed to be shown to the spa area after we had already been there. The jacuzzi was luke warm the two times we tried it.

Easy to find, very welcoming, lovely room, head waiter suggested menu adaptations to cope with my daily intolerance, food excellent, very good breakfast. This is my second visit so I do like it!

I find it odd that hotels put out notices about saving the planet and then have wash basins where there is either no plug or it leaks. All of which wastes water and stops people rinsing out their swimsuits etc. A bit more attention to the practicality of saving the planet would be good. I also pointed out that the WC seemed to be leaking into the bowl - something the cleaner should spot when doing the room.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were traveling with two little dogs who were not allowed in the restaurant but the staff offered to dog sit so we could enjoy our dinner. The food was excellent. Everything was beautifully presented and very good. Overall a very positive experience and I would recommend this hotel gladly.

We arrived much earlier than our check in time due to a long drive and were told not to come back until check in time which was expected, however the mannerism of the person who greeted us was not friendly or welcoming. When we came back the same person took a while to thaw but after that was perfectly nice. However, first impressions were negative which is a shame.

Our stay here was just lovely. The building is very charming, well decorated and spotlessly clean. Close to everything at waking distance, with a stunning view from the rooms and the garden. There’s a free shuttle to the main cable cars (with a very kind driver, Matteo!). Small but very comfortable Spa to relax. The real strength is the staff: they were all welcoming, professional, helpful when we had requests, and very nice to our little kids. The restaurant staff is the best: a special mention to Adam and Natale! The food is gourmet and really delicious. We feel at home at Villa Novecento, we highly recommend it!

Nothing specific to mention, we had a great stay overall. Maybe just that the bed pillows are too soft and not very comfortable. Otherwise, the one thing that would make it even more enjoyable for families is adding some small spaces dedicated to kids (for example a couple of simple playground-like toys in the garden, or in a dedicated room inside the hotel). Anyway they already have the main facilities for kids (cots, changing table in the bathroom, high chairs) which is already appreciated.

My sister and I stayed here one night on our return from our tour of Italy as we planned to visit the Skyway. The hotel and staff were exceptional. We had a wonderful warm welcome from reception, nothing was too much trouble, safe parking for our motorbikes at the rear of the hotel. Spectacular mountain views. Super little town to visit with some nice restaurants. Our room was tastefully decorated and comfy, everything we needed including tea/coffee facilities. We booked a free spot in the spa enjoying the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room for 45 minutes, perfect after a long day riding. Breakfast was rather unbelievable! Staff were so attentive and the choice was incredible, I've stayed many places but this was an artform, tables adorned with just about anything you can imagine and presented impeccably, even down to about 6 types of honey, one being a fresh local honeycomb with the honey just dripping down into a bowl. If you want to feel spoilt and pampered you will be in the right place. The Aosta valley is breathtaking.

Nothing, everything was just excellent. I couldn't connect to the wifi it wasn't visible on my phone, but that was probably me, I didn't bother to ask at reception as it was only one night.

Incredibly welcoming .. Wonderful Location. Traditional Authentic Italian Hotel. Spacious Junior Suite accommodation with very comfy bed . Incredible food . The chefs are so very talented . Everything was prepared to the highest standard ( 5 star ) , on so many counts . The Maitre D -Adam was fabulous . He has such great knowledge of local wines . The wide selection of Gins available is just great ! They make the best G& T ‘s . I can absolutely recommend ,especially as they are served daily with the chefs exquisite amuse-bouche . Thank you . We will be back !

rooms are very comfortable and well equipped and cared in every detailed. the restaurant is amazing, it presents traditional local dishes with a menu that is clearly well studied with high quality ingredients and flavours. the staff is very kind and available to take care of any need. the hotel is only 10 minutes walking from lifting plants and they also offer a free private transfer. sauna and jacuzzi are small but well organised since access is granted only to 4 people per hour. free car park is a plus. given our experience, it is definitely recommended

It was in a good location and most of the staff was friendly and helpful. My car battery went dead and needed replacing, the front desk call a mechanics for me and made all the arrangements.

The breakfast staff. It was fine for people to wear old grubby hiking boots but nice dressy sandals is a no no. Sandals are a no no. Everything else was friendly and down to earth but the breakfast manager was snooty.
