Breakfast was amazing, nicely presented and lots of variety - some things changed and always fresh. Air con in room was good and as quiet as you could have. Staff were happy to assist and went out of their way to help. Bar prices were reasonable. Location was good around 10 minutes to the ferry which gets you to most locations around the lake. A lovely touch was a packed breakfast as we had to leave early on the last day which was volunteered. Beach towels were also available on request.

The shower was challenging to get to the right temperature but I think this is down to the cold water pressure in the area. The roof top terrace would have been lovely with a bar but you can get drinks from downstairs for it. In the room a fridge would really have made a difference, more storage space including drawers.

The staff there, were brilliant. Very helpful, friendly and kindly sorted out transfers to and from the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant, plenty of choices. Location was good too with quick access to some restaurants and the beach. there is also a bar next door and at the hotel with good prices. What was amazing was the rooftop, the view was spectacular and its very spacious, with sunbeds there too. Its about a 10 minute stroll to the ferry.

We got a room without the balcony view, which we were happy with but it was next to the lift so it quite noisy in the mornings. Didn't really affect us much but others may find it does. Also the bar next door is quite noisy if you have a balcony room, again we were at the back of the hotel so we didn't hear anything.

Location fantastic.. roof top terrace lovely. The breakfast choice was amazing and lovely that you can eat on the terrace at the front …. It is a shame the hotel doesnt have a restaurant to offer lunch and dinner anymore as it would have been nice to have had dinner in however we had a drink in the bar and picnics on the rooftop with an amazing view of the lake The staff are all fabulously friendly and efficient and the cleanliness of the room each day was excellent

The staff was very friendly and useful! The location of this hotel is great too - good restaurants and the center in walking distance. Close to the train station to so it is really easy to go for some day trips too. A big plus was that we did not need to use the AC and our room still had a nice temperature even though it was pretty warm outside.

Our double bed was just 2 beds joined together so I often woke up in the gap between when it moved during the night. Also, it was a bit noisy - our room was at the first floor and we could hear literally every person going up or down the stairs or taking the shower.

We liked the modern style of the room with the very large and very comfortable bed, making it cozy and comfortable for a small and young family,(we were two adults and a child). The stay was very relaxing...unfortunately I was unable to take any photos as it was very late and we were tired from the trip when we checked in! I really appreciated the breakfast area, very rich in typically Italian options with a beautiful view of Lake Garda.. The staff is of a unique kindness always ready to help at any occasion even for small information on the local town. The hotel is located just two minutes walk outside the pedestrian area, which helps in check-in and check-out and for visiting Desenzano.. I would say it is a perfect location if you are looking for relaxation outside the crowded and full of downtown life.. Yes we really enjoyed it and will take it as first option in our next visit to lake Garda.

The hotel location was ideal, just on the edge of the City, with a great view of Lake Garda. It was a very short and pleasant walk into the built up area and close to many restaurants and bars. Our Lake facing room was ideal as was the air conditioning in the room.

Not much really, but we’d have preferred the option of tea making facilities in the room, but it was available from the bar, and (like most hotels) more hangers in the wardrobe - but neither were show stoppers.

the location was superb and the bed was very comfortable . the mgmt was super helpful for anything one needed . there is a little beach right across the street that has chairs and boats . we will return for sure !!

breakfast only started after 7 so a coffee maker or kettle in the room for those waking to watch the sunrise or early risers would be very helpful. tried waking to the center to find a place for a coffee no luck. everything else was perfect but I highly recommend to mgmt to get in room coffee and kettles

Location excellent, just a short walk from where the ferries ⛴️ leave. Excellent breakfast too spoilt for choice.We had a room overlooking the lake, favorite part of the day morning and evening sitting out on terrace watching the world go by.Room was cleaned every day and very clean. comfortable bed and pillows we asked for an extra pillow which was given immediately.

Good value for money. Beds were very comfy and the room was in a quiet area of the hotel, we had a great sleep. Breakfast was varied and were able to have it at the terrace. They also keep our luggage for most of the day, which was really appreaciated.

The room is relatively far from reception and there is only one elevator close to reception, afterwards you need to carry the luggage upstairs. This did not bother us too much but it's worth noticing if you're carrying large luggage or you can't lift it.

Amazing location, great staff, Room views with balcony overseeing the lake and mountains. The rooftop terrace is a bonus. breakfast was decent variety. English, fruit, and sandwiches. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. One of the staff who owns the hotel even offered a slightly later checkout, which i didn't need as we had a train to catch, but the gesture was thoughtful.
