The location of the hotel is an excellent position 10 yards from the main piazza , the Alessi has a trattoria, ristorante, pizzeria and a wine bar all serving excellent food and drink options. There are also numerous other restaurants and bars within an easy stroll from the hotel. The ferry service is a 5 minute walk away where there is also the main bus stop on the Verona to Brescia route as well as local routes. The train station is a 20 minute walk ( up a fairly steep route ) but is also on a circular town bus service. We have stayed at the Alessi 3 times and the rooms have been spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The staff are all friendly and efficient and Bruno is so welcoming and helpful. There is a good selection at breakfast with hot and cold options and a range of teas and coffees available.

A beautifully situated location in one of the pretty side streets off the main square, this hotel has traditional charm. All the staff are extremely warm, welcoming and professional providing an excellent level of service with a friendly touch. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast offers a good choice, and the hotel has a lovely trattoria as well as a pizzeria and also a restaurant all serving a delicious menu.

Everything! Great location near the departure point for the boats and choice of restaurants and bars. Room was fantastic with a quirky round bed and spa bath. Loved having the trattoria on site and their food was delicious. Highlight for us was the friendly staff - Bruno the owner was a great host and very helpful.

The location of this hotel was perfect within walking distance to train station,, ferries, shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Bruno, who answered every question we had. The hotels outdoor eating area was lovely and we had a very nice evening meal.

Unfortunately, the room we had was dated and lacked plug points as well as a bedside table/locker for the 2nd bed.

Very good location, close to city center and Garda lake. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Room was very spaciouos, but noisy till midnight as restaurant downstairs was busy till the end and local workers were loudly working since morning - but for 1 night it was totally fine.

Great location, great restaurant and Bruno and Nadia are fantastic hosts. We have visited many times and will return again for sure.

Nothing really to not like. Minor point, Just for me the beds are on the firm side if you like a soft bed.

Perfect location! Steps from restaurants, (including their own) and the water, very walkable. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, with comfy beds, kitchenette, large bathroom. Well-appointed room, apartment style. Everything you would need for an extended stay, supreme!! Breakfast was nice with various baked goods, meats, cheese, fruit, etc., coffee was served by attendee, very helpful. Kudos to front desk for all their help and friendly attitudes. Highly recommend this gem!

Everything was fine. The hotel is conveniently located in the old center, which can be noisy, but the room has soundproof windows. We also suggest having a meal at the Trattoria while there. The food is exceptional.
