Excellent breakfast and evening dining-all outdoors. Lovely very large pool, although the water was quite chilly Staff were fabulous, helpful and always smiling.

We had an amazing room looking out to sea, but on 2 of the four evenings there was a very loud outdoor cinema in the huge amphitheatre which was blasting away until around 10:30pm. Completely destroyed any peaceful atmosphere. Similarly, almost all day long loud music was played around the pool. Indeed, at supper one night they had two different sets of speakers blasting out different music from different directions, which was especially unpleasant.

We had the time of our lives. The property was perfect as it had everything you would need. We rented scooters and bikes right there on site. Breakfast was included. Our room was of the beautiful sea as we requested. The people were all kind and helpful. Some staff spoke English as well which was helpful to us. Our dinners on-site were romantic and delicious. The pool was outstanding (clean, big, and in a great location). We could order drinks and have a great view of the pool and sea at the same time. There were water excursions you could take and even snorkel right around the property. They had ping pong and fuse ball which was something fun to do. We never made it to play paddle board which would have been cool. They also had an amphitheater in which we watched part of a movie. We had a shuttle to and from the ferry. Great location, with a direct sea access. The room we reserved was front beach whit a fantastic sea view. Staff professional and kind. The Favignana island is a magnificent location where to spend holidays

Mangias could improve the restaurant service for the half board. Same Menu for too many days. For long stay this is a bit challenging, specially and the end of the sesoon with also not the availability of the whole plates

The pool and sea views were amazing to just relax and do nothing all day. The pool was amazingly refreshing, and chairs comfy! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

It could have been a bit more communication about where everything was, what services were on offer. Also would have loved to have a kettle, wine glasses, tea /coffee in the room.

The pool and restaurant was lovely. Maurizio was an excellent host and went out of his way to provide comfort and service, which we really appreciated.

There were a lack of umbrellas around the pool, which meant unless you got there early you had to lie in full sun. Just a couple more umbrellas would mean that everyone could have the option of shade.

It was hard to get read of the ants in the room, but I believe that is a downside of the location (not so much of them but still a bit irritating)

We like the ease of renting an e-bike to get to Cala Rossa. The room was big and comfortable. The sunset view is stunning and the pizzas delicious.

The housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am the morning we were checking out and then again at 9.30am when we had until 10am to get out. They also have lots of bees around during breakfast and they have set traps right by the tables it’s a little odd.

the location is 10 mins from the town, there is a free hotel shuttle but this stops (strangely ) at 6.30 pm forcing you to take a minibus taxi at €8 pp. our room was good but overlooked wasteland covered by n rubbish and building waste. we only stayed 1 night or we would have moved. the pool is great but needed cleaning in the tiled sun lounge area, also the showers there were mouldy and dirty.

The service, food and facilities were perfect. We left a different property when we initially got to Favignana because it was nothing like it was advertised and when we checked in to Mangias it made up for everything. The restaurant was better than some Michelin level food we had. Rented scooters on the spot at the hotel - cannot recommend enough nor fault the resort.

Beautiful property right on the water. Stunning views from the rooms, pool, and all around. When we weren’t out exploring Favignana the property was nice to stroll through with the beautiful landscaping and buildings. The staff was professional and accommodating, making us feel valued as guests. The bike rental at the property was convenient, and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island are a short bike ride away. We enjoyed every day spent at Favignana Resort.

Nothing not to like, even when we had a little issue with ants, they came right away and solved the problem with a smile.
