Airport shuttle with local company was perfectly on time. Staff was very helpful in meeting our needs for an early morning flight (late check in, early check out).

Communication was mostly on the hotel's platform and not on Booking.com

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff members were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Since we had an early departure for our morning flight, which clashed with breakfast hours, they generously provided us with a small breakfast the night before. This thoughtful gesture ensured we had something to eat before leaving, which we truly appreciated.

Nothing much there to say. Due to the location, you obviously have quite some air traffic, but the noise is until nearly 11 pm. Afterward, you can get a good night's sleep until the first flight in the morning.

Quaint small hotel near the beach and airport run by a husband and wife. All staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner available and exceeded our expectations. Prepared and served by an amazing chef. Excellent wine list. Lovely rooftop terrace providing view of the water and opportunity to relax. So glad we opted for this rather the chain hotels around the airport.

Would have been helpful to have information about location of any nearby restaurants or such things as a small grocery. The hotel is located in what appears to be primarily a residential area so it was difficult to know what else was within walking distance. The staff did let us know about a nearby restaurant that was open for lunch. But we were uncertain about walking around to see if there was anything else.

Two blocks from beach, which has chair rentals and bar service - nothing fancy but affordable and good swimming beach. Nice area to be outside at the hotel. Very nice people at hotel. Hotel rooms were simple but spacious and very clean. We had a great dinner a couple blocks away.

Surprisingly expensive to get from airport to hotel - around 35 euros but regular taxi. I didn’t love having to close the metal door in order to lock it - felt a little claustrophobic for me. The area isn’t fancy, but we had no problems and found helpful people along the way while we were looking for an open restaurant (it was a Monday and thus a challenge).

Very close to the airport. Close to the beach so a lovely place to stay before a long flight back to Australia. The dinner was lovely. Staying at this hotel helped me say goodbye to my holiday and prepare for home! The staff were kind and helpful.

I had an early flight and the hotel arranged a transfer for me. It wasn't the fault of the hotel, but the transfer company were almost 30 mins late picking me up which created some stress! What I did appreciate though was the hotel was going to provide feedback to the transfer company. They did what they could to help me.

Lovely clean room, balcony, breakfast and quiet location of Focene. The staff were very friendly and recommended a fabulous restaurant nearby (Tre Nodi) . We were able to watch the sunset on a nearby beach..The 11 am checkout gave us a chance to relax after breakfast before leaving. We were offered the chance of a shuttle bus back to the airport but we declined as we wanted to walk to the nearby town of Fiumicino. After a few crazy days in Rome and Florence it was the perfect place to stay before flying home.

It was all really nice. Happy to have stayed here.

The room was above average size and very clean. The hotel itself was close to the sea and to many great restaurants serving fresh seafood. We were thus able to enjoy a lovely walk by the sea in the afternoon and a delicious dinner in the evening. Also, we had a very early check-out the next morning and the staff prepared our breakfast the night before our departure which was very considerate and helpful.

The hotel initially confirmed to us that we could have their shuttle service pick us up at the Fiumicino airport but we ultimately had to make our own arrangements for transport to the hotel.

We traveled from Cinque Terre to Rome via train and stayed 1 night so we could catch a morning flight out. Nice, small hotel with comfortable beds. Had dinner on the hotel patio, which was very nice and peaceful. Good bottle of local wine and pizza. Walked the beach, through the neighborhood and had coffee at the nice little coffee shop across the street. Cab ride to and from the airport was $25 each way. Owner of the hotel is very nice and does everything he can to make your stay comfortable. Morning breakfast worked out well and was good.

It’s a small hotel near the beach. Planes fly over, but stop flying around 10ish? All good after that.

Place was nearby to airport (15min taxi drive). Friendly reception staff. They were able to book the next morning's early morning taxi on our behalf. Also provided a breakfast pack as we were leaving before the breakfast started. Room I was in was upstairs so those with mobility or large suitcase may not prefer those rooms although not an issue for me. There are ground floor rooms. Not far from the beach.

I'm so glad that I found this hotel. We had an early morning flight out of Rome. The option to stay at the actual airport was just too expensive. I was a little nervous that we would not be able to get transportation but the hotel was amazing in setting up taxi service for us. Taxis were right on time and we had no issue getting to the airport. This is a quaint hotel but the service was amazing and we had a good last night meal there as well. Highly recommend and would stay again without pause.
