Worked out well for our 1 night stay to be close to the airport for our early morning flight. Host was kind and set us up a cab for morning. Walked to the sea to watch the sunset and found a nice seafood restaurant for dinner on the beach. Residential area, but walking to a couple restaurants and sea was great for the one night. Would stay again if we’re ever in this area again. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Some offering of fresh fruit or even some yogurts would have been nice since it’s advertised as a bed and breakfast. I did not have breakfast since I don’t like prepackaged snacks, my husband enjoyed a cup of coffee before we left. But I would not let this be a deciding factor on our stay.

It is close to the beach and there is very nice pizza shop around the corner. Terrace is beautiful and spacious - it is perfect place to sit on in the evening to look at the sea and eat some takeaway pizza. Brakfast is good, because every part of it can be taken to backpack and used later. Coffe is good. Two kilometers to the north is very good ristorant which i can recommend. Beach was never crowded which is huge plus (or maybe we were outside of high season). You can get to souther fumicion using beach :D There was very nice bar at the lower level of the same building and its open from early morning to late evening. In southern part of fumicino is first stop of coach that goes to the rome so while you get to it you can skip queue that is on the next stop at the airport, so it is quite convenient.
None of these will apply to the hostel itself, it is more about its placement. It is not evident by looking on the map but it is quite far to everywhere that is not northern Fumicino. However there is bus stop 200 meters from the hostel. The only way to get to southern Fumicino and airport is by foot, and there will be no pedestrian path from airport or it will end prematurely so you need to keep that in mind if you consider getting to the hotel by foot, with larger bag. You can walk there only by Cycling road or by beach (i recomment trying at least once). Plenty of markets might be closed at 8.30 pm, so you need to keep that in minde if you want to get especially water for the night. Consider renting bike or a car if you have ability to do so and dont necessarily like long walks.

This was perfect for us because we were in Rome for only one night. We arrived there late and had to leave early, but it was both convenient and a fun experience. Traveling there from the airport train station was very easy, even though we arrived there really late. We took a shared taxi from the airport, which was convenient, and we could communicate with the manager (I think he was the manager, but I am not sure) through the booking app, so we arrived there and checked in with ease. We got help from him, he gave us a taxi contact and booked a taxi for us (in the middle of the night), so we could easily get to the airport even though it was very early in the morning. The hotel itself is like a museum, we didn't really know what to expect when we arrived there, but it certainly did not disappoint. On the outside, it's very bright and colorful, but still cozy. Even so late at night, we felt safe arriving there as soon as we saw the place. First we saw the garden (it's beautiful), but we had to get our stuff into the room. The rooms are themed after different cities, we got Rome. Let me tell you, discovering the room was a blast, it's so on theme. There was a literal sculpture of (I think it was Bocca della Verità) on the wall! When we got over laughing at that, we checked out the rest of the hotel. There are statues and art all over the place; it was wonderful getting to walk through and discover everything. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and we felt comfortable. The breakfast room is very cozy and we got to have coffee and breakfast, even at half 5 in the morning!! Everything worked out very smoothly, thanks to the help we got with the taxi. It was wonderful to have this as our last stay. It made our last night way more fun than it could have been.
A child could find the face on the wall in the Rome room scary....I was a little put off by it, it is right above the bed. It's mostly just a funny thing to discover, though. The breakfast is good considering it's ready whenever, but it doesn't have much to it. It was nice to get coffee, the rest was mostly bread and sugar. It's a good little snack, but don't expect to live off of it.... :D

Small, budget friendly place. More like an inn. Nothing fancy but very clean and very comfortable and felt like home! The host, Valerio was really welcoming and made you feel like you were staying at his house instead of a hotel. Very nice, restaurant right below it as well which was great because the place is in a residential neighbourhood. They picked and dropped from the airport which is very close. Great place to rest comfortably overnight in-between travel. Very accommodating with check out time and leaving luggage at the premises etc. I loved it and definitely recommend it
The breakfast, which wasn't really breakfast at all, more like sugary snacks you hide from your kids. Everything was prepackaged, which would have been okay if there was at least even some cereal or oats (they are also prepackaged and better than chocolate wafers for breakfast!).

The apartment was close to the airport, which was great! There is a Cotral bus service which the staff recommended. The staff, Emma and Valerio, were super friendly and helpful with transport options and ensured that my stay was comfortable. The Rome room was cute, spacious, and super comfortable. This was perfect and safe for the night for a solo traveller. The breakfast option was good to have these pre-packaged snacks to-go, especially for an early flight. Coffee and tea were available as well. Overall the kitchen and terrace were amazing and the entire aesthetics and decor of the place! Relatively clean and neat place.
Connections with affordable public transport were poor and unreliable to the airport. Despite the proximity to the airport, Google suggested going back to maintown Rome. Alternatively, the taxi shuttle service provided by the BnB was too expensive for me. The Cotral bus is an option, but it is more expensive to get tickets on the bus, and the service was not fully reliable, but you can manage if you have later flights in the morning. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

The property is very cute, with an awesome view of the sea. Very short walk to the beach as well as a local pizzeria, grocery store, and bakery. The room included a mini-split air conditioner, a comfortable shower that didn’t leak, and flat sheets on the bed. One of the only places we stayed in Europe with all those amenities! They offer a shuttle from the airport for 18€, which is a pretty good deal. The driver Valerio was super friendly and easy to coordinate with. Note you will need WhatsApp to coordinate with the driver.
Our room smelled like tobacco smoke and the mini-split air conditioner seems near the end of its life. Still worked pretty well, there was a noticeable temperature and humidity difference between the hallway which was not air conditioned and our room.

Beautiful place, clean, friendly staff. Valerdo was was nice, he tried to help us with places to eat, things to see. He provided us with a ride to the airport. The rest of the staff were very helpful, and quickly addressed any problems we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay close to the airport and a beach.
Where as we loved the place, the location being close to the airport can be at times noisy. The other draw back is the lack of choices of places to eat. Valerdo did suggest a restaurant about ¾ of kms away; which was very nice. Getting around can be tricky, but that is more from our lack of knowledge and poor signage then anything else.

"The hotel is located close to the airport - the owners arranged transportation for a fair price and were always at our service, with their recommendations and care being much appreciated. The only issue is that the hotel is located under the flight path (not every day), but if you happen to be there on the wrong day, you can expect noise until midnight and starting again at 6:00 AM. Other than that, I can definitely recommend the hotel and its excellent service."

Room was very comfortable. Bathroom clean and well stocked. Staff very welcoming.
I gave the taxie driver from the airport, the address but he dropped me off many kilometers from where the correct address was. Also charged 30 euros!!!!!! He just left me . It was horrible. A man on a bike came by and I asked if he knew where your address was. He told me it was very far and too far to walk. But then an older couple came by and he told them my story and they took me to Il Mondo. I offered them money but they would not take any. I did not enjoy the breakfast. It was only packaged food. Cookies, crackers etc. coffee was ok.

Very close to Airport and very well presented and maintained. Staff very helpful and supportive. I was permitted to stay on the premises for several hours after checking out… which was very helpful.
Although it is very close to the airport… it is essentially a suburb without much easily accessible Transport to and fro . This means getting taxis - which are readily available…. and the staff are very helpful in arranging and booking taxis…. but it can quickly become expensive. This of course is not the responsibility of the B&B … It’s simply a cost of being in a more suburban location without regular cheaper Transport..
