We stopped in at this hotel for a quick overnight before heading to the Rome Airport. We arrived late, around 10pm, and they happily checked us in. Our room was large, and had all the amenities needed. We loved that we could hear the ocean from our room, and it was quiet! We had our own little balcony, too. We enjoyed a full and impressive breakfast on our way out the door in the morning. Clean room! Everyone working there is very friendly. They offer a lot of amenities, such as massages as well! Would have taken advantage if we had more time.

The beds were not the most comfortable. Also, the walls in this place are thin! If you are a light sleeper, probably not the hotel for you. We could hear our neighbor snoring... glad we were on the end of the hall, but couldn't imagine having two rooms on either sides of us with how we could hear through them.

Clean, small boutique hotel( villa). They ordered a driver to pickup us up from FCO to hotel round trip, 55 Euros, 1 way. Beach 2 blocks away. Beautiful outdoor area with 2 friendly hotel cats who are well taken care of & of course sterilized. Since we did not have a car The staff ordered pizza and salad for delivery& it was delicious after a long 24 hour trip from the States.We were able to purchase wine& bottled water& they do have pastas to order as well. Everything you need for a tired traveller . Very clean facilities in an older building, but, updated rooms& baths. We were well rested for our morning flight to Sicily. Very helpful staff, small intimate hotel& great comfortable outdoor seating.

Nothing not to like.

This is such a charming place in a quiet (during the off season) beach town. Our room #202 was small, but the bed was very comfortable with fresh linens and nice pillows. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated and while tiny, worked perfectly well. There were lots of thick towels. We enjoyed sitting outside with a drink and had an excellent meal in the restaurant. The resident cats were also very fun! We appreciated that the hotel took care of booking transport to and from the airport for a flat rate of €35 each way.

We booked a small room, which lived up to its name. we stubbed our toes on the bed frame several times!

Twin room with wonderful private little terrace under roof, fenced by plants, where we spent many hours relaxing. We even had dinner there, from by the hotel's tiny menu (even though they say they don't have a restaurant).

The bathroom we had could do with some hooks for hanging towels rather than just the shower rail. But that's a small quibble!

Very nice property with beautiful garden. We had an appartment, fairly good sized. Even with a washing machine. Really a short walk to the beach. However, car recommended.

Mattress in bedroom quite hard and not really comortable. The heating boiler is next to the bedroom and living room without doors and quite loud. Had to turn it off during the night. Kitchen equipment was not enough for four, had to ask reception to bring more cutlery. Oven and cooking plate are not to be used together. All in all not really adapted for cooking every day. Apartment 301. Be aware that the property is at the end of Fregene, if you arrive without car you will have to walk quite a bit if you want to see something.

Very nice hotel, comfortable in a lovely location, very near the beach and with a cute little balcony. We were in a room at the end of the corridor so it was very quiet. Air-con was also great as it was extremely high temperatures during our stay, although it was quite noisy. Hotel is quite old style, but this just adds to its charm.

Great communication and a warm welcome when we arrived after a late flight. Great selection for breakfast, freshly cooked cakes, pastries etc. simple walk to beach. Helpful with booking taxis as needed. Space at the hotel to relax and catch up with friends. Air conditioning worked well.

Room felt a little small, but was very clean.

Our room was quite large with a large window overlooking the garden. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a very impressive spread, and the hotel's bakery chef turns out truly delectable pastries and other baked goods. The beach is only a block away, and the Miraggio Beach Club has a very good restaurant and other beach facilities.

The beautiful house is surrounded by a gorgeous and calm garden that invites you to calm down properly. Each angle is beautiful to look at and gives a lot of joy. There are also plenty nice occasions to sit or lay down to relax or read.

There wasn’t anything — everything was perfect!

beautiful house & gardens. high ceiling bedrooms very clean with small garden which was great for our dog. very accommodating for our Rottweiler we stayed 1 night arrived very late after midnight after the ferry came in late, reception was open 24hr. lovely staff very friendly.

quite a remote area not very close to anything but not a problem if you have a car like we did as there is free parking. Fregene is a lovely spacious clean area would like to go back again.
