One of the best B&B’s I’ve stayed in a long while. Viola was a great host and kept in touch right from when the booking was made till I arrived - and was available throughout my stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. She also had a great list of recommendations for restaurants & bars in the area. Location - Frimi Boutique Rooms is about a 6 minute walk from the main station in Florence (one stop away by tram) - It’s a straight road with no incline, so it’s easy to walk there with luggage. Getting to all the sights in the main town is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. There’s also bus and tram stops nearby to get to other parts of the city. My room faced the street but it was relatively quiet with not much traffic (just the tram going up and down). Rooms - Each room in this B&B has a different theme. Mine was industrial themed with a vintage scooter on display! The room was really spacious and had all the regular amenities - A tv, a mini fridge, safe, open storage & an extremely comfortable bed. The only thing I missed was having a work desk. The air-conditioning worked exceptionally well and I was so grateful for it as Florence was really starting to heat up during the afternoons in June. There are plug points near the bed and the room is accessed with a key card. The bathroom was large and the water was nice and hot. There’s a common kitchen & dining area which also has a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cups, plates & cutlery. There’s also a supply of tea/coffee/fruits/biscuits/snacks for use throughout the day. Wifi connectivity was generally great although there were a few moments where it dropped out. The garden outside is a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. That’s also where the smoking corner is if you need it.

Together with my wife we enjoyed the comfortable room and had pleasant conversations with Viola and another girl. The rooms are nicely decorated, there is a fully equipped kitchen and snacks and coffee available which you can serve in the garden 😎. The location is close to the train station and close to the city center and also quiet enough so you can rest properly after hours of sightseeing.

Great boutique B&B that I highly recommend. Viola brought personal touch to everything in her B&B and was very helpful with recommendations. The room was very nice and clean, well decorated. The garden outside was very well tended and we enjoyed our evenings in it. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and some very thoughtful extras like juices, milk, cookies, coffee, tea, etc. City center was reasonably close (15-20 minutes walk to the Duomo).

Everything was great at the B&B. Just a small note regarding the private parking: it worked very well with drivers taking the car and giving it back to us when needed. However, the personnel unfortunately didn't speak any English, and our Italian was even worse :) So we had to agonize with Google translate a little bit the two times we needed to inform the parking that we will arrive soon (so that they take the car).

Good location, close to the train station and within walking distance from the historical downtown. Very cozy location with beautiful interior design. Nice garden with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Sparking clean and very comfortable. Coffee and other small snacks available. Very helpful and friendly host. We enjoyed it and we definitely recommend it for anyone. We will use the same location in the future.

We absolutely loved this property. I traveled with my 13-year-old daughter and we stayed here five nights. The host was extremely friendly. She showed us around when we arrived and even helped us with our luggage. Our room (Gala & Salvador) was able to be made into two beds which was perfect. We had plenty of space and did not feel at all cramped. The bathroom was very spacious as well! There was a nice common area with a refrigerator (that we could use) as well as coffee and tea items and a few snacks. There was also a lovely outdoor area where we enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. The decor of our room was really nice. The whole property was nicely decorated and very clean. Our room was very quiet!! It’s a very easy (short!) walk from the train station which was nice. It was just a little bit further from the center of Florence (like the Duomo) than I would have liked, but that was really only noticeable because of how ridiculously hot the weather was when we were there! That said, the air conditioning in our room worked very well! The distance to the city-center was still under 1 mile and this would not deter me from staying here again on my next visit to Florence because while it was a hot walk while we were there, it was an easy one to navigate. In addition, the property host was so wonderful! She answered many questions for us and give us plenty of suggestions for places to eat and things to do.

We really enjoyed our stay in Frimi. Our room was Gala and Salvador and it was a lovely stylish room with all the conveniences. The room was rather quiet with the view to the garden. Beds were comfy and bathroom clean and nice. There is a common kitchen available to have snacks and breakfast. Our host Viola takes a great care of the B&B, nice to meet people so passionate about their work.

The soundproofing is not the best, but we were lucky, all our neighbours were quiet and respectful. Not exactly in the city center, but rather short walking distance from main attraction.

If i could give this place 100 of 10 i would! First when u enter it smells so nice the whole place! Everything is so clean, well decorated , very nice desiger rooms. My baby enjoyed having a bath in the sink . The bed was so comfortable, there was something to eat and drink all the time. Full equipment kitchen where you can cook whatever you want. Just 100🙌 Viola has so unique energy just like her place! I wish we meet again! So amazing loved it a lot!

It was amazing experience while we were in this apartment. Definitely I would adwice to book this place. The owner is extremely hospitable and helps with any problem or request. All rooms are decorated in there own style and this make your stay very pleasant. Coffee, milk, water and small sweets are always waiting for the gests there. Thank you Viola very much. We enjoyed your place!

I loved it all. It's an oasis of peace in the middle of the unrest. The garden is lovely. The rooms are cozy, very well decorated (with excellent taste and attention to detail), and very clean. Viola made me feel at home with her genuine sympathy. Recommend 1000%

We chose this property after the amazing reviews we saw. Viola is an exceptional host by all means, she is super helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any query. The place is very clean and filled with positive energy. Having coffee in the garden was my favorite part of the stay. I would highly recommend staying there for anyone visiting Florence.
