The location was amazing, I came here for a conference hoasted in the Fortress, and Street Art Inn is very close to it. The city center is 10 minutes away by foot, but there is a tram station right next to the hotel if needed. The accomodation was remarkably clean, everyday roomservice. The place has a very cool vibe overall with the street art in the room and on the hallway. Julia, the person of contact, is very friendly and helpful!

Unfortunatelly, there were renovating the facade of the building, and I would wake up quite early with construction workers shouting at my window. This was just bad timing, and the event surely is not repeatable.

Funky spacious rooms, clean and great coffee making facilities. Excellent communication with Julia and well placed for people coming from airport or train station via the Tram 2 line! All in all a very good value for money to distance from the old town. (10-15 mins by foot)

Minor things, shutters did not close all the way so could not have a totally dark room and it would be nice to have an extra pillow. Some noise from train line and tram but nothing that overly bothered us- we live in a city it’s to be expected .

10 mins walk from the station, host was very helpful, 100m from a tram terminus to the centre. Big rooms and excellent bathroom and hot shower. Two aircon units one in each room. Coffee machine and water provided throughout stay. Hairdryer in bathroom. Unusual decor but spotlessly clean.

Lack of food outlets nearby, had to venture beyond the t2 tram terminus to find a trattoria.

Street Art Inn Florence is located on the second floor of a building very near the railway station. It is also located very near a tram station and you can reach the centre of Florence very easily. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Overall, I was very satisfied staying there while visiting Florence. Great location, close to the tram and also easy walking distance to the main attractions.

I was a bit disappointed to learn that my balcony was covered in scaffolding and could not be accessed. I was told about the scaffolding but not told that I couldn’t access it until the day I arrived. The scaffolding came down after a couple of days.

Decent location near to the train station. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Decent shower. Host was very welcoming and gave loads of recommendations. Instructions to access the property very clear. Felt perfectly safe walking to and from the hotel even as a solo female.

Could sometimes get a little noisy in the evenings. Wi-Fi was a little spotty.

One could hear the sound of tram a bit, we didn't mind just sharing should it be of importance to someone reading the review. There was a scaffolding but there were no workers during our stay so it did not affect us.

Rooms were mostly like hotel rooms with a double bed and bathroom. Beds were comfortable and good value for money. Accomodation is a 15mins walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. The walk is fairly easy or you could take the tram. It is in a quiet area so very peaceful from the hustle bustle of Florence. The main centre of Florence is a 30mins walk.

The building is well located, just a short 10 minute walk from the Florence Central Station. Transportation nearby is great and I used it every day to move around the city. Restaurants and groceries are within walking distance, plus visiting the tourist places from here was very easy to get to. Definitely recommend it.

it was about a 25 minute walk into the centre of Florence, and as a solo female traveler it was very quite on the streets around the area walking home at night. It was also near the station, so you could hear trains early in the morning.
