Location was great! My partner and I were able to walk to pretty much every main attraction in the area. There are many awesome restaurants and shops in the area too. Camilla was wonderful in giving us a map and showing us how to get to the big attractions. Some people on this app rated the breakfast lower but I thought it was more than enough, the cafe lattes they had were great! Camilla and her staff are very friendly and the double security doors made us feel safe. The hotel gives you a card to get into your room, instead of keys (unlike many other air b&bs) which was nice. The hotel is newly renovated with really good AC and looks just like the pictures.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best but the shower is very clean. The double bed we had was two twin beds pushed together, it wasn’t the most comfortable but I’m pretty sure you can book different rooms that don’t have that. Just something to look out for if you decide to book. We chose that option because of the price value.

The girl at the reception desk was fantastic. She took a lot of time to explain the best places and restaurants to visit and how to get there. Also which places rather not to visit. She walked us through the aircon and its ideal setup. I have seen other reviews complaining about the shower temperature and water pressure. But I cannot confirm one or the other. The shower worked perfectly during our stay - and we used it a lot due to the soaring weather. Very good room service.

I would have liked to see bins in the reception hall to be able to separate the rubbish for recycling. There was no such option.

The room was very comfortable and the AC was such a relief to have during the scorching heat. The hotel was very tidy and the room was cleaned everyday. The staff were so nice, welcoming and helpful. The daily breakfast was a treat and the coffee included was great quality. There were so many excellent restaurants in the area and I appreciate that it was walking distance to a lot of nice spots in the city

The shower temperature was inconsistent and the entrance to the bathroom was a bit elevated in my room (probably not all rooms have this design)

Good location, about 10 minutes walking to/from Unita (tram) with suitcase and backpack. Surrounded by cafetarias, shops, close to Duomo, Mercato Centrale and other landmarks. Nice breakfast with cereals, croissants and pastries, white bread, ham, cheese, jam, nutella, yoghurt, fruits, coffee, tea, fruit juices, milk.

Stairs to reception and to rooms. Exhausting in this kind of heat, but otherwise ok.

The hotel is well located and has been completely renovated internally, including the rooms (although the external facade is a little scary when you arrive at the place). The bed is comfortable and we were very well treated by the owners and staff. I also emphasize that the quality of the breakfast is very good.

Bathroom is very small and some parts were not well mounted yet.

The staff were super friendly from the second we arrived. They deffinetly made this stay a better experience.

The air conditioner isn’t strong and could barely cool down the room which was necessary as we experienced 38° days everyday.

The staff is very helpful. The coffee of the breakfast is good and the bread will be kept in a heater to keep them warm.

There's no elevator but the staff would help with the luggage. The showering area is a bit small.

The air conditioner works amazing, the bed is comfortable. It's a 10 minute walk to the train station and an 8 minute walk to the Duomo. The staff were very nice.

The room and bathroom were tiny but served our needs between sight seeing.
