Great location and host was friendly and helpful.

The city tax was higher than advertised but apart from that everything was great

The accommodation was wonderful; very clean and comfortable and we loved the ornate decor.The room was spacious for our family. We especially liked having the salon to sit in and watch the world go by from the window. Merlie was so helpful and friendly at check in and throughout our stay, what a gem.

Not many outlets in the room to charge devices, but it's an old building so this is understandable. Didn't realise there wouldn't be a lift!

Excellent location, unfortunatly no breakfast, but there are a lot of stores and coffee shops allaround the place! The room was beautiful, large and clean, our host Mady was cordial and gentle, warm and helpful in any ocasion. The appartment is also equped in hystoric stile with many pictures and furniture from some other times and made us feel as if we were sorrounded with spirits of Medici.We would definitly choose this place again if we come to Florence again!

There are no hangers in the bathroom to hang our towels.... But everything els is just perfect!

Excellent location, everything was walking distance, lovely receptionist, free tea/coffee and biscuits in the lounge area, rooms have a nice renaissance vibe.

Not a big deal, but just take note that if you have heavy or alot of luggage then you will have to carry it up a few flights of stairs. Also it can be noisy if you are loud, so just be mindful of other guests as you enter and exit. Lastly, a lot of little notes about what you can and can't do all around the place, just keep them on a one page document in the room maybe?

This was a great room for us and our adult daughter - a great location on a quiet street. Reception had sofas, tables to eat at and a water cooler and coffee machine (but no kettle here or in room). Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

The WiFi was poor and needs to be improved. The single bed was not the most comfortable - just about ok. And the hot water wasn’t very hot (or consistent) which made showers eventful.....

Great value, excellent location, room was spacious and clean. Very friendly staff, it felt like we were staying in someone's house. I would definitely stay there again.

They can add some hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes. There is no mini fridge in the room, to store some food. No breakfast option, although there are many options outside. Overall, the place met my expectations and I was very satisfied.

Location was in the centre of everything. The manager Merlin was lovely and attentive!

No fridge in the room and only one plug in the bathroom that was suitable for our adapters. The tv kept having electrical surges. Overall for the price, felt there could’ve been more facilities provided including a smart tv for winding down after full packed day.

Brilliant location right in the heart of it all with a convenience store across the street and great coffee on the corner. Bathroom was very clean and the daily cleaning and maintenance of the room was of a high standard. Lovely and helpful staff.

Carrying luggage up flights of stairs was challenging but staff were there to assist if needed. The room smelt a little musty.

Very hospitable, right in the center, air conditioning and good heating, nice tea corner, interesting decor, etc. - everything is perfect and… fair price!

Rooms are charming but very small. And yes, you can communicate with your neighbours right through the wall :) The bed linen is perfectly clean and in good condition, but the sofa cushions, bedspreads, and curtains seem shabby. But these are just remarks, despite some small features it is a very cosy and homely place.

Really enjoyed our stay. Owner was very friendly and helpful. There's no breakfast on-site but there's a lovely cafe right next door (and plenty of other choice nearby. Great location, just far enough out of the centre so it's not noisy/too busy, but central enough that it's only a few minutes walk to the main attractions. Bed was comfy, room was spacious. And there was plenty of choice of teas/biscuits you can help yourself to in the main lobby.

Shower was a bit inconsistent but that's really all that could be said against it.
