Our room was very basic but adequate, the bathroom had been recently refurbished and the A/C was quiet and efficient. The location was very central. The room was made up every day and the staff couldn't have been more approachable, friendly and helpful.

The hotel was much more basic than I had anticipated, it didn't offer anything other than 'a room' there was no bar, no breakfast facilities and although we had a kettle in the room there were no cups, or tea/coffee. There was a small fridge though.

Location was great. But iTt was a very trying time locating the hotel. Our phones GPS/data didn't activate as our carrier had indicated it would. Asking people on the street was not helpful, as most Italians don't speak English. Those that did, didn't know of the hotel. We didn't have but a half a mile to walk but we got lost only within a few blocks of the hotel, as everything looks the same in Florence.

The air conditioning was not the same as in the USA, so temperature in the room and in the common areas of the hotel was not good. Lighting in the room was limited. Room was very small.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance to any and all sights in Florence! The balcony we had with our room overlooked a cute small section of a neighborhood with other people's balconies. It felt intimate and quaint.

The beds were pretty hard. The bathroom was a little dated but decently clean. There are no elevators so be wary if you are traveling with disability (or a lot of heavy luggage). We were on the 4th floor and had many flights of stairs to climb to get to our room.

The location was superb close by to everything and it was all walking distance to the main attractions, the bed was comfy and it was a good night's sleep especially with the air-conditioning provided

The bathroom was very slippery when wet and the drainage went down so you was sliding while taking the shower.

The room was clean and pleasant, with big widows, a nice sized full body mirror, and a good sized bathroom. The air conditioning worked well. The desk attendant with very helpful with sharing where to go. The location is very central to the main attractions.

There were two things that I did not like about this property. The first is that our room was close to the front door and we heard loud guests slamming the door and walking about at all hours of the night. Secondly, one of the showerheads didn't seem to be screwed in correctly and didn't work but that was not as much of a problem since there was a wand and two in wall heads.

The location of the hotel is very close to the main attractions. The hotel was super clean and the air conditioner was fundamental during the nigths in summer. The staff was always friendly.

Unfortunately, there is no lift for people with heavy luggage. In my case my room was on the second floor.

The location was amazing, and having AC and a little fridge in the room with this heat was so good, also we had a little terrace in the room.

The shower handle wasn't working, and also the hair drier worked only for 30 seconds before getting too hot and stop working for few min

Our stay was fantastic! We loved the location and the room (especially the bathroom).The receptionist was really welcoming and helpful. He let us check in 2 hours earlier. That was amazing! We totally recommend the hotel and we hope to visit it soon again.

The location was really good, reasonable close to the train station as well as all the places we wanted to visit in Florance. There was air conditioning which was very important as it was too hot outside.The staff was very helpful and kept our suitcases after we checked out.

The room was very small for a room for four. There was no space to open our suitcases. The bathroom was very small as well.

staff were very friendly, place was more than what I expected for the price and the location was awesome, everything was within a 10 min walk
