Location is just great! I liked the interior design of the hotel, the bed, bed linen, how the room was decorated, cleaning was spotlessly, The staff was very helpful and nice. Very nice hotel and great location!

The breakfast was badly organized and pretty much poor service was presented. For example, we have ordered every day the same coffee and what we got was just a surprise every morning. Once, we came for breakfast at 9.30 and staff prepare a table for us than left us to wait with an order for half an hour and than they said, sorry, we serve breakfast only until 10.00! I will not bring here what they brought to my table that day... Very sorry for that, because, hotel has amazing place for breakfast, staff is generally very nice, they just need to improve breakfast in every matter, from service to food.

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The rooms were unbelievably comfortable and beautiful, the staff at the door, front desk, house keeping and rooftop bar made us feel welcome, comfortable and at home. Everyone went above and beyond for us.

Absolutely nothing. We will definitely be back here in the future. A++ all around.

Nothing could have been better. The service was amazing. Our room was very large, clean and had a view of the street. The singing in the square in the evenings was nothing short of professional and sensational which just added to our Italian vacation. Won't ever look to stay anywhere else in Milan.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Once you find your way to the hotel, the staff does a great job of taking care of you. They take the car and valet park so there is no worry for you. The restaurant and the pastry shop are very lovely and serve wonderful food. The upstairs patio and bar are a nice place for a quiet aperitivo.

Looked like we were there for a soft opening so it is really hard to give all smiles since portions of the hotel were not yet open. $$$$$ Still on the border about the value. A little difficult to get there by car as it is just inside an area that is normally blocked for pedestrians only.

Immaculate. The location is perfect, everything is walkable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the service and attention to detail in the hotel from all of the staff was excellent.

perfect location in the heart of the city, beds are super comfortable, high-quality bed linens and towels. the hotel is new so everything is fresh and brand new. very cool vibe!

the breakfast setup is a bit strange! at the reception they would tell you if you pay upfront it would half price (20EUR) as suppose to 40EUR if you decided on the day to have breakfast and pay at the restaurant directly. also it was not clear what is included in breakfast (as there was no buffet). other than that the food was very good.

the location was perfect beautiful interior design , shiny clean, good food and has its own caffe bar and abalcony with a beautiful view and no doubt that the staff were the best part , they knew what i needed before i would finish the sentence. they were super nice and made the stay worth it

the bathrooms made it feel like its over priced

Some details in the room description on Booking were not matching the actual room (this about the balcony). and the hotel was confirming that they informed Booking but it was not reflected on the website

I am not satisfied with the reservation of the hotel through Booking. They charged us more money for breakfast and the price of the room was more expensive. It is more and more expensive to pay through booking. I will now contact the hotel directly.

Location & Service. At front office Mateo & Andreas are ever so helpful. All the staff make u feel very much at home & are always ready to do your bidding with a smile.
