First of all, forgive me for not remembering the gentleman who greeted us, (Sul….). He was wonderful! He greeted us with a welcoming smile, answered our questions, even providing us with a map and suggestions of things to do and see. Recommended places to eat and made reservations at a local place place for dinner on the night we arrived. He brought us drinks in the evening and was always there to meet us and ask us how are day was, we couldn’t have had a better experience! Breakfast was wonderful and coffee delish. Parking was on site, but you could walk or easily take the bus into Florence, which was a treat in itself. We went to the Market in Florence, which was amazing, but make sure you get there before 3:00, it shuts down promptly. The area is amazing with villas all along the walk into town. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Location was perfect, out of the city but 20 min walking distance to the city center. Very scenic location. Christian welcomed us and, took great pride in explaining us the way to explore Florence. That made our trip very good. The hotel room was spacious and felt like we were living in our home. Calm and cozy. The room was clean, and had a small private patio. The breakfast was optimum and good. Unfortunately due to the weather, we were unable to sit outside for breakfast. The hotel staff was really friendly. Overall it's an excellent place to stay in Florence and will definitely recommend this place for family and friends. Indeed a pity that it's just 3 stars. I would at least rate it 4 stars.

Maybe some more varieties of bread and juice.

This was such an adorable and lovely hotel just minutes away from downtown Florence. The hotel staff were exceptional and always willing to accommodate anything you needed. Shout out to Christian at the front desk for always being kind and helpful. The room was also very clean and quiet. It was so nice to be away from the hussle and busy streets of downtown Florence, but be close enough to explore. You are about a 2 minute walk from a bus stop that can take you right down into the heart of Florence if you also desire to take a bus into town which made it also very convenient for a ride back. I seriously cannot say enough about this little piece of paradise in Florence. We will definitely be back! Grazie mille!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The staff who helped our check-in had full map of Firenze in his memory, his guide was amazing. And the villa itself, staying there was such a nice experience. Safe private parking, waking up in the morning and face the pretty garden under sun, quiet area, prime location to visit michelangelo hill. 여기 정말 좋았어요.

Not really but breakfast is just basic? If you want authentic *Italian life* experience local bar would be better. And we got a room upgrade(which is so nice of them) but the entry light of the room was dead. However it is just a minor discomfort, I'm writing it here to let them know so that they could fix it.

We were keen to stay at a location that was away from the humdrum of the city and yet within walking distance of major attractions. Hotel Villa Betania was perfect in that respect. It is located on an elevated area above the Florence valley and is surrounded by lush green boulevards. The walks around the hotel are a pleasure and a welcome change after the city rush. The staff both at the reception and the lady serving breakfast are most positive and always more than willing to help. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The area outside the building is ideal for a lazy chat with family. We liked it a lot. The breakfast is simple, but the in-house baking is very well done.

This is a little gem in the hills above Florence. Gorgeous gardens, bird song and lovely helpful staff make this a fantastic hotel experience and a break from hectic Florence. The walk to Florence isn’t strenuous and I can recommend walking to Piazzale Michelangelo for an aperitif and to watch the sun go down….memorable!

Could have more shelving in the bathroom for toiletries and a shelf for soap/ shampoo in the shower. The bus down to Florence is a little unreliable so leave extra time if you have to be there by a certain time.

The hotel was on the cities corner. To the start of old town you can can the bus (1,50 tickets are available in the bar across the hotel or online) or you can have a nice walk there (15 Min). The hotel itself was very charming and stylish and the staff was super friendly. Parking was free. Simple but good breakfast was included in our option.

Sometimes is was quite loud because the estate is located on a corner to a big street. But you are in a town so that's quite normal. The interior in the room is a little bit outdated.

The villa is beautiful and the rooms big and nice with cozy common areas. As I was travelling for work, I could have used a bit more table space and the room was big, so an extra table and comfortable chair would have made the room great. The location is a bit outside of town (south) but it is a nice area with ~10-15 min walk to nice restaurants. The breakfast seems typical Italian. A great bonus is the very nice staff who were extremely helpful and service minded. They are pet friendly and have a big garden.

The working area could have been bigger as the room was spacious or it could have had a comfortable chair. The WiFI dropped out now and then.

I loved the spacious high-ceilinged bedroom with a big window looking down onto the outside eating area. It was simply decorated and very clean. I also loved the setting on a hill and the surrounding garden area with trees and plants and a peaceful place to sit outside in the sun under shade. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I needed to use Wi-Fi but the connection was very weak in my room. Downstairs in the hall was much better

Hospitality in Rome is hard to find. I am from Los Angeles, CA, USA where hospitality matters, especially because we generally tip for services. Italy appears to be a country where no tip is expected. After staying in Italy for 3 weeks I have stayed at many hotels. The staff here really care about their work. They pay attention to detail and try to make your stay great. The breakfast was very good! My room, bed, and walk in shower were a nice size! Also, loved the free parking and scenery of the area!

Everything about the hotel is great! The only thing I didn't like is that there are ZTL zones everywhere near the center attractions I visited. If you're driving by car you have to navigate around those ZTLS in order not to get a ticket. That's not the hotel's fault. That's the government and their policies. It's in all the major Italian cities where tourism is so you cannot avoid it, unless you take public transportation or taxi. The map the hotel gave me, plus Waze (GPS App) helped to navigate the city.
