The hotel is very clean and modern. The room was very spacious. The breakfast area was well stocked and pleasant.

The entrance to the hotel is very challenging. You need to walk down a set of 6 steps that are black into the reception area. There was limited assistance for getting our bags down. The dark entrance and stairs made it necessary to walk down verycarefully. When we checked out, a staff person did carryour bags up the set of entry steps. We booked a room with a terrace but the terrace had only one uncomfortable chair and the planters around the terrace were filled with dying plants and cigarette butts.

air con was a godsend in the middle of summer when it was reaching temps of 39 degrees. The room was cleaned daily and was very spacious including the bathroom, lots of room for a family of 4. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice meaning you didn’t have to have the same thing every day if you are there for a few nights like us. lifts were handy if you had lots of luggage.

it wasn’t clear how much the mini bar/snacks were in the room so we didn’t touch them but if we’d have known a price we might have had some.

Located just outside of the ZLT, the hotel is very convenient if you are coming with a car. They have a small parking underneath the hotel but if it's full they have a partnership with another parking close by. It is about 20+ minutes away on foot from the main sights (Palazzo Vecchio, Duomo, etc.). The room was very cosy and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet with lots of choices. The staff was nice and welcoming.

My daughter forgot her alarm clock in the room, on the window sill, but housekeeping said they didn't find it. To me it's unacceptable.

A great location, the room was a great size for our family of four; the beds were comfortable and staff friendly.

For the amount we paid it would have been nice to have breakfast included; at $15 euros per person for breakfast that was a bit much for what we as a family would normally eat for a breakfast.

The staff were amazing from start to finish. They were very accommadating with all requests we had. this was a trip for my partner's birthday and they looked after us. They allowed us to check in early.

The only thing missing from the hotel, is leisure facilities such as a pool and jacuzzi. other than that, we really loved the hotel.

Nice clean, modern hotel that is family friendly. The rooms were spacious and very nice. The hotel was very accommodating to our needs. The hotel is walking distance to all the sites but far enough that you are not overwhelmed by all the tourists. Next to a metro stop that is very helpful.

If you are driving a car, there is only street parking which is a little hectic but driving in Florence is hectic anyway.

Room was great, staff was super nice and helpful, everything was very clean and tidy, breakfast was good, all in all excellent value for money! One thing worth considering is the location - this is not really central, and in the summer heat the main attractions downtown are probably not walking distance for most of us travelling with kids... taxis are available for a quick pick up through reception

The room was nice. The personal was also very friendley. Even though there was a misunderstandig reguarding the parking price the receptionist was extremley helpful, avaivable and wanted to satisfy the customer needs.

The hotel is within walking distance of all the important sights. The room is very comfortable and big. In Addition, coffee and water in the room were complimentary. Baby cot, was a real baby bed, very appreciated.

Breakfast could be improved (eggs for example cold). The parking had limited space, but the hotel provided with an alternative within 150m with the same price.

The hotel is so modern and very clean. The rooms are so big. The bedsheets are crisp and good quality. Bathroom is very modern and clean with good quality towels. The highlight of the stay was that my little girl was gifted with a complimentary soft toy that she was thrilled with and will sure remember this hotel for a long time.
