Excellent location! We walked everywhere we wanted to see and do! And just a 10 minute walk to the train station. They accommodated our early arrival and held our luggage and allowed us to sit on balcony while waiting for are departing train. They offer a breakfast bar with many good choices from 8-10:15. It was clean and comfortable, and quiet.

The breakfast time frame should be earlier and until 11. There were very few amenities- bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

The room was on a great street close to the train station. It was an easy walk with our rolling luggage. Our room had a door to a common deck area, which had a decent view of the neighborhood. The surprise bonus was this room came with an unadvertised option for free breakfast.

This room, Room 2, was next to the entry door to the common hallway and the operating mechanism was very loud. When people left early, or came back late, it was so loud it would wake us up. The other issue is that there wasn't a shower. The bathtub was tucked under the stairs to another unit so we couldn't stand up. The faucet came with a spray option but it was quite awkward.

It was a cozy room with a lot of space, as was the bathroom. It was a very safe and secured space, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also had a nice view from our room and the location was fantastic. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants, bars, and even some historic views. Not too far from the city center and placed in a very tranquil street, also very close to the Train Station.

We had some problems with the toilet because it wasn't flushing.

The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. They would help us get our taxis whenever we needed. Breakfast was always served in the morning, and the host would make us coffee every morning which was so sweet. I really liked the croissants that they gave. And the location was very nice, lots of stores, restaurants, and salons nearby. The train was only a short walk away. Otherwise we would take a taxi to the main city.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that there would be mosquitoes in the room at night (we did open the windows. Before this there was no problem), however, the host addressed this issue by giving us mosquito repellent plug-ins which helped. It is just the environment and I know that it is not something that is in the control of the hosts but just wanted to point it out in case anyone wants to bring any repellent

We had a lovely spacious room furnished in keeping with the historical building. With a comfortable bed and spacious private shower room. Breakfast offered a good choice of food, fruit, yoghurt, cereals in addition to pastry and cake. The location is convenient for sightseeing and for restaurants. We had both lunch and dinner nearby.

I had not registered that we would not be able to make a hot drink in the evening.

The location was great, just a short walk from the sights and tram station close by. Room very spacious and bed comfortable. Loved having the balcony

Water pressure was very average and decor could be a bit nicer but that's all

Room was so big with air conditioner. and the location is perfect. everything like walking distance 20 to 25 min walk. of you are Indian then only 250 meter away Indian resturance Spice India. Amezing food.

It was hard to find and they didnt tell us that we should ring the bell from the building door and then they let us in.

We had a very comfortable stay for 3 nights while we explored Florence and the surrounding area by train. The hosts were very helpful and the breakfast was an unexpected bonus.

The location was very convenient for us. It wasn't in the center of Florence but it was within walking distance to all of the tourist sights and destinations and very close to the train station! The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very, very clean and they restocked the toiletries every day. We looked forward to coming back to the clean room each night. Great value for the money paid.

The only thing that was not ideal was that the air conditioning was a bit weak so it was a little warmer than we'd like, and there was a set of dumpster on the street outside of our window so each night we could hear the trash collectors like clockwork around 11:30pm.

The host was very kind and welcoming. She made sure that I had a map of the city with important sites to visit. The room was very comfortable. The balcony was a very relaxing place with a good view. The breakfast was really good as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with the property. The location is quite convenient as well.
