The staff was professional, the room was beautiful, the river view was good and it was quite hotel which is good for relax.

The hotel location was far from the city center maybe 35 minutes walking and even if you have a car it will not be easy to drive in the city center because the rules was very strict and there are a lot of camera’s ready to give you penalty. The hotel can give you a free bike to help you to reach the center but it was not easy and not comfortable. Also , there is a shuttle take you from the hotel to the center but the time for it wasn’t good for me for example the last time the shuttle go to the center was 6:50 pm! last thing I want to mention there is no free parking at the hotel, so put on your mind that you will pay 25€ for 24h at the hotel parking which is very expensive.

Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped room. Our room was in the central of the three villas. Bed very comfortable, with good pillows, we slept very well. There was plenty of space to put luggage and hang items (although perhaps a hook or two near the door would be useful). The bathroom was excellent, shower pressure good. Soft fluffy robes were good and the slippers were appreciated. We did find the room a little too warm (and despite our attempts could not lower the temperature using the room controls), but we slept with the window open which fixed the issue. It was lovely and quiet. The staff were all very professional, friendly and kind. The spa was excellent and having exclusive use was a bonus. Breakfasts options extensive (including Prosecco) and high quality. The restaurant food was good, the Florentina steak a highlight. Being outside of the main area of Florence was in many ways a bonus, as it felt peaceful and airy, and we enjoyed the views of, and being able to walk (or go for a run) by, the river. Valet parking was convenient, albeit pricy. Overall, we were very pleased that we chose this hotel, it was a special place to spend Christmas in Florence.

Suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. Staff were very helpful and friendly (on arrival the receptionist noticed from my passport that it was my birthday and we later found a bottle of Prosecco in the room.) Spa is excellent

The hotel is immaculately clean. It’s lovely to come back here after sightseeing and be by the l tranquil pool. Plenty of free pool towels available. it’s 15 euros by taxi to town centre if you don’t use the shuttle bus. The lunch menu is delicious and reasonably priced although drinks are quite expensive. We booked a superior double which had a large bathroom. The toiletries are beautiful and the towels and linen are very high quality. We did not have breakfast but there is a lovely café very close by. The staff are very professional and helpful

The car parking is expensive at 25 euros per day. There are not enough sun loungers at the pool

Amazing breakfast and great amenities such as free transportation to the centre (at certain hours) and free bikes. The spa was wonderful as well (free of charge). The hotel is a wonderful accomodation if your looking to spend half of your time exploring the city and the other half of your day relaxing.

I'd love to see additional hours available for returning to the hotel after lunch to avoid being in the city during peak heat (first afternoon return transport is at 4pm I believe). I would also suggest to make the spa available only to adults or at least adult teens as I found myself twice in the sauna listening to screeching from young children.

I found all the staff of the hotel from the front desk, the cleaners to pool side/bar service to be very friendly and professional. The pool was lovely and very comfortable and relaxing. Also, I was leaving early to catch the train with my family, the manager at reception helped with booking taxi, booking my rail tickets and also had breakfast boxes for us to have on our journey. We also got a upgrade to the a room with the river view - which was a great surprise and set the pisture for the rest of our stay.

The breakfast was delicious and the view from our balcony was incredible. The architecture was also beautiful!

The gym is basically the size of a closet. For such a large space it should definitely be bigger. Some of the staff members were incredibly nice and helpful. Some of them were not. We had an issue with our balcony hot tub one night of our 3 night stay and I texted the front desk asking if it could get hotter and more filled with water (because it was at 77 degrees Fahrenheit and below my chest) and instead of asking more about it, whoever was working at the front desk just told me that’s the way it was supposed to be. Then the next day I had a tech come to the room and fix it to become an actual hot tub. Didn’t appreciate that interaction since it was my honeymoon but I would imagine that’s not something that happens often.

We had the best stay here! The hotel overlooks the river Arno which is absolutely beautiful… the hotel offers free bikes to borrow which is such a bonus getting into Florence as it’s 2.5k walk. Would highly recommend doing a cycle down the river (opposite way to centre of Florence) and exploring the Italian countryside in the sun! amazing river path with stunning views. The spa facilities & staff were super friendly and helpful and everything was super clean and convenient. Breakfast was also lovely!! huge variety of food We are very sad to be leaving… it’s the perfect romantic couples stay and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a more affordable Florence spa hotel. Getting a river view room is definitely recommended :)

On our first night we were staying in a standard room which was right on the main road so very loud and balcony overlooking a road / main stairwell (not garden/courtyard). The bedroom was right at the top of the main stairs too so not very private unless you have the curtains closed constantly. We chose to upgrade to a river room for £40 more a night which was the best decision. Special thanks to the staff for making this happen! :) Improve the standard of the bathroom supplies (soap)…not the best! would recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner

We stayed in two separate rooms for the two nights as we extended our stay. The rooms were nice and very comfortable. The room on the first night was more expensive with Arno view but that was the most useless view as the window was too small and high and one had to go to the window to get a glimpse of the river. The second room was overlooking the pool and had the best layout and ambiance. Breakfast was amazing with wide variety. Staff was helpful and receptive to our requests.

The location is not good for any first time visitor to Venice. Its far from all the attractions and getting a cab to the hotel from all busy places was a nightmare. It took as 2-3 hours just to find a cab back the hotel. The hotel had a shuttle service but the timing was not convenient for a late night out.

We loved our cozy and well-appointed room! We were welcomed for our honeymoon visit with strawberries and Prosecco - a wonderful personal touch. The bed was very comfortable - which is great as my wife often has trouble sleeping in hotel beds, but not at Ville sull'Arno. Our Jacuzzi tub was perfect for relaxing after long days of walking around Firenze. Access to a great restaurant was a plus. We only had breakfast but it was very good. Bar staff were helpful. The concierge was able to give us great recommendations and helped us arrange cabs when needed. We would stay here again!

Perhaps an earlier shuttle trip would be nice, but having a shuttle provided was a great perk. Breakfast could be included with the room price, but that's not a big deal.
