Breakfast was very good. WiFi was good. Parking was expensive but expecting in old town Genova. The location was excellent for our second time in town. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the exercise.

The single elevator was tiny and serviced 8 floors. The wait time could be very long indeed. They advertised a spa, but they wanted 20 euros EACH, each day! I thought that should have been clearly stated. We were looking forward to a nice spa experience but did not use it at all. I would not return to this hotel because of this.

Excellent location in downtown. The room is not big but very comfortable. I slept very well on the big size bed. The breakfast offers wide range, even for people with food tolerance. For me it was also surprising how fast both check-in and check-out/payment was managed.

We pre-booked parking but then did not ask for it. There is so much limited space in the garage that we could look into and saw how the staff tries to park in with bigger size cars that finally we did not ask for it and used a nearby underground garage instead. It was only 2 minutes distance.

Great location on a quiet side street in the old town of Genoa. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and had a sufficient selection. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything you need. The pre-ordered car parking space in the garage was very small, but a helpful employee parked the car safely there himself.

Our 4-member travel group had dinner in the Old Port area of Genoa. We wanted to continue the evening in the hotel restaurant with cocktails, beers and other drinks. Surprisingly, we were refused service with the explanation that the tables are only for dinner customers. The explanation that we are customers of the same hotel did not help either. Since the hotel restaurant didn't want our money, we took it to another and friendlier place. When we got back to the hotel after a while, the empty tables were still waiting for dinner customers. And those tables remained empty until the restaurant closed....

First of all location is not far away from Rail Station, few steps till shopping area and 5 Minutes till See side. Hotel Staff very friendly( reception, breakfast, cleaning, restaurant), i was late for breakfast, the ladys gave me Coffee, Watter, Juice, some snacks, it was a lovely sign from them. Gym is wide and you can train pretty well. Breakfast was tasty, and with different choices to enjoy the start of the day. If i go next time there i will stay there again. There is also a restaurant in Hotel, the street is not busy and in morning you can enjoy the Sun Set from Genoa👍. Grazia. ❤️🇮🇹

The restaurant in the hotel was very, very good. The waiters were exceptional and took the time to chat with us and expalin the local wines and cuisines. We ate there two nights and had two lovely, delicious meals. We had to leave before the restaurant opened for breakfast. The woman, who was in charging of setting up the breakfast selections, saw that we were leaving and stopped us. She gave each of us a bag and helped us fill it so that we had a breakast to eat once we made it to the train station. She even ran into the back and grabbed us four juice boxes, a couple of pears and some muffins.

Th staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. Our room was lovely, and the hotel is in a brilliant position, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. We will definitely be staying again - hopefully not in the too distant future!

The staff were friendly, and allowed me to attempt conversations in Italian. They also made allowances for us when asked. Our room was spacious and beautifully clean. Choices at breakfast were excellent.

The location is perfect, quiet nebourhood, close to the city center. Good breakfast. Very good comunication and response to what we needed (eg taxi) from the reception. Good mattress, slept very good.

The doors from the shower cabin was very narrow, it wasn’t a problem for us but for someone chubbier it might be. We had to choose the hour for when we wanted to go to breakfast as the breakfast room is small.

We checked in during the afternoon and while our room wasn't yet ready, the staff allowed our luggage to be stowed for a while so we could explore the city. The breakfast was fine, foccacia was nice, but drinks variety was lacking. The staff also organized transportation via private car which was super helpful.

Air conditioning — supposedly went down to 20c but the room felt a bit warm the entire duration of our stay. It was a bit of a hike — 16 minutes from the train station which was necessary because of taxi strikes in July.

good location, person in the reception was very kind and helpful. The city was very busy, lady in the reception helped us to book restaurant during our stay. Otherwise, we have not been able to find any available restaurant...

Lift was very small, just fit for one person with luggage..... Inside hotel and the room was too warm, we even wanted to turn on the air conditioning but it doesn't work.

I would stay here again. Apart from all that the hotel has to offer it is in a very central location. We walked throughout and never needed any buses except from the airport. The Volabus stops in front of H&M and leaves from next to the Metro in De Ferrari. Lots of buses/Metro in De Ferrari, a 3 minute walk away. To the port it is a 10 min easy walk where you would also be enjoying the old town. A plug adapter was also provided. All towels changed daily. Excellent housekeeping. Breakfast is abundant and served with a smile. After check-out we left the bags with the receptionists and they kindly also stored something we bought which needed to go in the fridge. Also, before leaving to the airport, we could use the toilet. I noted there was also a shower, sink and bidet for customers to use after checking out.
