The Relais Bijoux is a lovely B&B with a magnificent view overlooking the coast. The B & B is only realistically accessible from the port by car or taxi (walking would take 20-30 minutes up very steep and narrow roads that drivers speed through), but the owner Carlos offered to drive us down and pick us up every time which was excellent service as he didn't need to do so. The staff working there are lovely and so is Carlos himself (His English wasn't great at all, but we made do by using Google Translate). The room was lovely and of a big enough size for the two of us. For breakfast, there was a lot of tasty options to choose from (didn't seem to be many gluten-free options for my partner though). Overall the Relais Bijoux is a lovely and romantic place to stay, just make sure you are aware of the distance between it and the port.

Our first night's stay was not a great start as we wanted to get an early night due to all of the travelling but was kept up until the early hours of the morning by the noise of Carlos and his friends who were seemingly having a dinner party in the reception area (His livingroom) The pool was very unclean and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages, this was upsetting because it was one of the attractions of the B&B. It was also clear to see that the Relais Bijoux has been hit hard by COVID because there was a lot of details that hadn't been properly attended to. E.g. a lot of the paintwork is old/ peeling, a wall in our bathroom had bits falling out of it and also the outdoor furniture and surrounding area hadn't been cleaned in a long while.

Exceptional experience! Words can't do justice to what an amazing time we had at Relais Bijoux - truly one of the most unique and memorable hotel stays we've ever had. Carlo and his staff are the warmest and most gracious hosts. The view is sensational, the breakfast is amazing, and the hotel staff make you feel like you are truly part of their Italian family. We were so glad we chose to stay here and not in town (which is just a short walk or taxi ride away). We can't wait to return to Ischia and stay at Relais Bijoux again!

This place has the most amazing view to wake up to - Naples and the coast, Procida and Vesuvius. Carlos and his staff are really welcoming and the place has a lovely atmosphere. There's a good breakfast buffet with a savoury choice and fruit as well as the usual Italian cakes. The hotel is up a hill but daily transfers to and from the port are free. There's a personal touch with this place that's often lacking these days. We loved it and what made it even more special was a day trip round the island by boat, courtesy of Fabio. It's a treat but if you can afford it, absolutely do it - amazing. We'll definitely be back, thanks everyone. 👌

We had a lovely stay here, the breakfast was delicious and hosts were wonderful! room had everything you needed and Carlos was very kind in picking us up from the port and taking us there. It’s located quite high up which is walkable down into town but coming back up is a challenge -but there are plenty of taxis!

had the most enjoyable stay and only wish I could’ve stayed longer than one night. I felt treated like family, and learning of a minor inconvenience I had with getting to the property (my own fault) Charles insisted on compensating me despite my protests. The BnB is located up a hill, which might be a challenge for those with limited mobility, but they provided me transport to the city whenever I wanted to go. The location means it has stunning views of the ocean and city, and my ocean view room did not disappoint. The alfresco breakfast was my favourite part of the stay, with fresh fruit and pastries served under the grapevine-covered trellis. The Air conditioning worked well (usually a sticking point for me) and the decor throughout is homey and super cute Mediterranean vibes. Highly recommend!

The only complaint I could think is that the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. But overall a minor inconvenience

Relais Bijoux is an absolute jewel This property was one of the nicest bed & breakfasts we have ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice!!! The views overlooking the Castello Aragonese, Naples and Capri and Mt. Vesuvius, from this hilltop retreat are absolutely spectacular. The outdoor space was well-groomed and decorated with meticulous attention to detail. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hearty breakfast buffet included homemade cakes and pastries, fresh bread, tomatoes, cheese, salami, fresh fruits, yogurt and even fresh squeezed orange juice and eggs (upon request). Carlo was an incredible host and made us feel welcome from the moment he greeted us. He always had a smile on his face and went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and were well cared for. He offered us invaluable tips on places to visit in Ischia, helped us make transportation arrangements. The staff at Relais Bijoux was equally warm, friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, tranquil oasis and will definitely return.

Our stay at Relais Bijoux was the highlight of our 3 weeks Italy vacation trip. Amazing view of Ischia on the terrace!! The breakfast was homemade and delicious!! Carlo and his staff were the perfect host. You feel like part of their extended family. The staff at Relais Bijoux will do anything to make sure that you have a remarquable stay in Ischia. It was another home away from home. Special Thanks to Tamil who was very nice and accommodating!! They provided free shuttle bus to the port. We only regret that we could only stay for 2 nights. absolutely nothing!!! Everything was perfect

From first arriving at Relais Bijoux in Ischia we were made to feel immediately at home. Our room was ready early and we were greeted with the kindest hospitality we have experienced in Europe. Being made to feel at home from the start really set us up for an excellent stay at such a beautiful property with incredible views over Ischia and the castle. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The property also operates a shuttle service to and from the Port which was just fantastic. Most of all, we loved coming back every night to the other guests enjoying themselves at dinner and being made to feel part of a community. Truly a wonderful stay, we can’t thank the entire team enough.

What can we say that's not already been said before. This place is absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning, it's clean, spotless to be fair. The room was perfect, air conditioning, which was much needed for a Scotsman hahaha. Very fair prices for the minibar. Breakfast was all home cooked and fresh. The other half is a coffee officado and declared the coffee as "amazing". We cannot fault this place, it's like having your own private villa without having your own private villa. We came.for one night, a break from Sorrento and we are already looking at booking 7 nights next year. Wonderful host, brilliant staff all with great knowledge of the area. That we only stayed one night.

Lovely view , location a bit isolated but,hotel has a van to pick you up from Ischia port.You will need this as there's no bus stops nearby.Breakfast was ok but personally i would prefer to have some more fresh fruit such as melon,nectarines but that's me.Bed was very comfy .Slept really well :)

Pool area was dusty and the pool itself wasn't clean.Hence i couldn't go for a swim,Also .the hotel pick up van could do with a good clean ,the upholstery and overall look inside was very dusty and neglected.
