The room was pleasant and reasonably sized. It had a writing desk, a fridge, and (while I was there in February) plenty of hot water. When the staff learnt I was gluten-free (I hadn't told them, as usually there is something I can eat) and the breakfast was almost all grain-based, they made sure there were gluten-free alternatives for the rest of my stay. It is very convenient for the railway: It overlooks the railway station - which I thought would be a noise problem, but with the double-glazed doors and windows closed it was not.

I would have liked a kettle in my room (but this doesn't seem to be generally common in Puglia).

We like everything from this place. Room is very big as well as the bathroom. You have jacuzzi, but you need to make sure you include it on the booking with the price, if not you can not use it. The room an the hotel are very clean. Bed is big an very comfortable. Breakfast was good, you have a variety of things and everything is fresh.

The only negative thing I cool give, its that they don't speak any other language that is not Italian. If you don't mind this, it's not a big deal. You can always use google as we did, it was quite fun.

My recent stay at this bed and breakfast in Lecce was very comfortable. The room was very spacious and nicely designed. The breakfast provided was very good, with a decent variety to choose from. The staff members were very helpful and polite.The location, within walking distance to the train station, was convenient for travel arrangements.

The hospitatility was great and when we entered our room we were excited seeing how nicely made the bed was with the towels and flower petals. The place was clean, easy to to check in, room is spacious, breakfast time is reasonable, shower was modern and nice, extra bonus was that rhey had a hair dryer and slippers for us. The AC was functioning well which is really important since it was really hot in Italy, and the closet was a good size to organize all your clothing for a longer stay. The toilet and shower is a separate space which is convenient to have multiple people get ready at the same time. There was a good variety of breakfast and drinks. The breakfast and lounge area was always really clean. The best part was the customer service by Daniela, she is an AMAZING person. Since our visit in Italy, we haven't met someone who's as helpful she is. She is truly a caring and exceptional human being. Although she couldn't understand english she took the effort to use google translate to communicate with me. She didn't get upset or frustrated when it was taking some time to translate what we wanted to say. She has such a positive personality and does everything with a big smile. There was a misunderstanding with the booking price, but she resolved it quickly with such a calm manner. I was dissappointed with our experience in Italy with the way people were treating us due to our skin color, but Daniela treated us well and went out of her way to help us which made us feel comfortable. She is the sweetest person we have ever met in Italy and she is so sincere. Thank you so much Daniela, we appreciate your efforts and hospitatlity. The only improvement I would recommend is to have atleast 1 english speaking staff member available since it's a popular language amongst tourists. We didn't see the AC controller so we wanted to ask someone but since we checked in at a late time we had to speak to someone through the intercomm outside which was difficult since they didn't speak english. But, it was okay since we found it on the table(our fault 😅). Everything was great, no complaints at all 😊

The room was very spacious, modern, and clean. It was beautiful and a good value overall. There was a vending machine in the common area, which was convenient for a snack or a drink. Overall lovely experience.

I usually don't have a problem with strong smells, but the perfume scent when arriving was enough to be a bit bothersome. Luckily, it lessened after some time. Apart from that, no problems with the room at all.

Astonishing luxurious and huge room, as well as the bathroom. We didn't expect and enjoyed very much the free upgrade to the suite. Super clean. Lots of comfort and the staff very nice to help us out with any request. Not to far not to close to the center: an easy get-a-way from Lecce but also a walking distance to the restaurants area. Delicious breakfast!

It was advertised as having its own private parking, which is one of the filter we were using to choose, as we had our own car. Instead we were told - only after our arrival - that we had to leave the car on the street. Nothing to worry too much about, they have security cameras, but in conclusion there is misleading information on their page.

Lovely old building with beautiful layout and facilities reasonably close to the old town area about 5 to 10 mins walking. Parking outside depending on how busy the vet next door was

Some of the stated facilities around terrace area and hot spa not available although they did change our room to give us an outdoor area.. The room was in a state of repair but we were happy to have it.

A modern room, which if needed for a short stay is very fit for purpose, super clean & facilities were great. Breakfast offered a selection of local traditions. Price was competitive, & location is only a short walk 600 metres or so into the beautiful old town. I would stay again :)

Good loction. Quiet street. Lovely breakfast and the staff were very helpful. Nice rooms with comfortable bed.

Air conditioning didn't work to well . Kept it cooler but still got warm in room at night. Not good signage for hotel. Arrived at street but was not immedately obvious where the hotel was.

Excellent room, amazing ceilings and loud decor. Even a spa bath should we have been so inclined! Close to the main railway station but didn’t hear the trains.

Parking was a bit of an issue because of road works, but that was only temporary. A bit out of the historic centre of town but walkable for exploring and dinners.
