The hotel staff were very nice and professional. The location of the hotel was excellent. Nearby parking garage was... convenient and inexpensive. The room had a refrigerator (thank goodness) and the water in the refrigerator wasn't incredibly expensive. The Malfy gin and tonic was cold and delicious.

22C is as low as the air conditioner would go. Standard (free) wifi was non-existent. No complimentary bottles of water. At breakfast, the bacon sat submerged in its own grease with no indication that it was ever going to be replaced with a fresh batch.

Everything went extremely well and staff were very nice and polite. The gentlemen at the front desk name was Nader was very knowledgeable about the area. He told us where to go and the best places to go and sight seeing. On the first night we got there a bit late and went down to have dinner after checking in and going to are room first and the waiter was wonderful as he didn't rush us at all and his name was Emanuele. Reason for going there was because it was are honeymoon and it was an extremely perfect for are honeymoon. Highly recommend it to everyone who looking to go there as we will definitely be looking to go back again.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The hotel as very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect being a ten minute walk from the centre of the town and train station. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Booking restaurants, train tickets, ferry and bus times. I would definitely use this hotel again and Lecco is stunning.

The bed was not the most comfortable and could do with a mattress topper. No pool and only a few rooms have views of the river. As a base to travel and visit the area, it was perfect.

Fabulous hotel and polite and helpful staff. Check-in was a breeze and reception assisted during several occasions during my stay providing concierge-type suggestions to make our stay more pleasant. I had connecting rooms which made it great to be close to my elderly dad who was traveling with me. Prior to arrival, hotel was very communicative answering many questions about mobility-impaired room options, easing my concerns prior to arrival. Large rooms and bathrooms and excellent, huge breakfast buffet. Restaurant staff went above and beyond providing ice when requested and did everything with a smile...excellent service! Lots of parking in front and nearby the hotel as well.

Out of all the places I stayed in Italy, and i do mean around 10 hotels, this was by far the best. This is the best option if you'd like to stay near Lake Como without breaking your bank, but with ultra best facilities and I MEAN IT, A SCRUMPTIOUS BREAKFAST SPREAD. So many varieties of croissants, desserts, and breads. The Hotel staff was kind enough to explain us how to get to Milan the next day, where to park, etc. I would have given the Hotel a 10/10 had they provided parking, but they dont have a parking facility but depending on your luck, you may or may not find a public parking. Still an amazing location to stay!

Nothing at all! Simply the best and the price is unbelievably less for the facilities. Highly recommend this place for tour to Como or even to Milan!

All you need for an overnight stay on your way. The room was good, bed comfy, bathroom fine. Breakfast just as you can expect at NH (so always good). Staff friendly. Location very central. Easy parking around the hotel (free). I am pretty sure we will be back here again.

The restaurant and bar are not very inviting. It is sort of hidden away which is a shame. The staff there was a bit bored (which I can understand if nobody comes to visit). Later in Rome we stayed at an NH and that restaurant was so busy. They did have a very good seating aera and well prepared dining tables which makes all the difference...

Location was good . Breakfast was good. Room was tidy, but the bathroom was small and with bath tube. I prefer shower cabin in the bath.

A/C could be better. Breakfast is up till 10 a.m. on the weekdays days and could be up till 11 a.m. like it is on Saturday and Sunday. Many people go on hollidays, so the breakfast could be till 11 a.m.

I stayed one night to visit Como lake and chose lake view room (worth to do so). Very good location, just walking distance to the lake, plenty restaurants in 10 min by walking, quite place, very comfy bed and big and clean room. Friendly staff at the reception with good English.

The hotel doesn't have own parking facility - so you have an option either to find a space on public parking along the street (free of charge) or in paid parking 3 min walking (up to 10-15 eur depends on period). Also max temperature during winter season is 21 C, which is ok but could be not enough if you prefer warmer air in the room.

Clean, new hotel with good professional staff. Nice open lobby and wide roomy corridors to rooms. Recommend rooms with terrace and view—the toe of Lake Como. Easy walk to waterfront, restaurants, and ferries. Must-do ferry or cruise to Bellagio. Gorgeous views everywhere.

Breakfast was fine, but machine cappuccino a disappointment. Price of room a tad high for level of luxury.

The location of the hotel is just perfect for us. It is in the center, but there is enough space, because it in on the bank of Lago lake, just next to Pontevecchio. My recommendation is to take the rooms lake view, and you will enjoy the beautiful view on the other bank of the river. You can park the car, there are free places. The rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet. The breakfast we also liked very much. You will have all you need to start a good day.
