perfect location, very quiet with excellent links to the whole of lake Como, hotel is very modern and recently refurbished, room was huge with a very nice bathroom and walk in shower, perfect views of the lake from our room and breakfast, family owned and run, even the owner gave us a lift to the train station. 10/10 very nice 😊

Our stay exceeded our expectations, we were warmly welcomed, enjoyed tasty breakfast, room was super clean and spacious. If we could not park a car in front of the hotel, there is a huge free parking lot just across the road. If we would travel to this area again, we have no doubt and will defo stay here again! Also we had a dinner at the restaurant and it was an incredible experience!

There is nothing we did not like. Just a little recommendation: we would appriciate, if there was a door sign (or other option) to let you guys know, that we do not need clean towels every day or cleaning at all, our stay was short (3 nights) and we concider it more sustainable.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is written 2 stars but feels like 4. In short: very clean, appreciated the sanitary items from hansgrohe, all the necessary towels and very nice quality of soap and gel. At the restaurant on the ground floor we ate the tastiest pizza ever! The breakfast was delicious and with an extraordinary view of the lake. I felt that it is a family business and thanks to this, the costumer care is felt in every moment you ask something. Our incredible experience here in short. We checked out on the day of Liberation, when the bus wasn't running and we were about to miss the plane! we were so stressed!!! Couldn't find any bus or uber. The host was so empathetic that helped us with car to get to the train on time! That was incredible. The most hospitable Italians ever met! A lot of Big Thanks, Mauro!!!

A recently refurbished hotel - we had a huge room, stylishly furnished and decorated, overlooking the lake. Very comfortable bed! The location of the hotel was great for the ferry and buses. The hotel has a restaurant but we arrived too late to eat, but it looked nice. There are a few bars within walking distance.

It would’ve been lovely to eat our breakfast outside, but there were only 3 or 4 tables on the terrace and they were all taken. Perhaps you could move more outside to accommodate everyone when the weather is good? Parking is a nightmare as it is everywhere.

The hotel is located in a quiet zone, close to the lake with exquisite views of the mountains. The room was very comfortable with a window overlooking the lake. A parking area is right across the road. The breakfast is simple but good. Fresh oranges can be provided and eggs are done on request to one's taste. Staff is very courteous and helpful. There is also an excellent restaurant part of the hotel with amazing tasty food and great wine.

Nothing , everything was perfect

Family run hotel which is beautifully decorated, clean and cosy. The owner’s Mauro and his brother are both so helpful and friendly. Can’t say a bad word about them. The food in the hotel’s restaurant is delicious though a little pricey. Would definitely stay here again though would hire a car next time.

The only thing is it’s in Valmadrera. Staying in Lecco across the bay would be a handier location but if you have a car then it doesn’t matter.

Yes, we loved our stay: just what we needed after a unexpectedly long drive from Switzerland. They got us a nice, spacious room, great beds, a restaurant reservation and a slightly pricey but great dinner. We slept like babies: the room was very quiet indeed, partly because of the isolation. Breakfast was indoors because of the rain, but on sunny days can be on the terrace with gorgeous lake views. It was plentyful and we loved the cakes.

Our only regret was that we had to leave in the morning:-)

Mauro was amazing, he treated amazing from Comunication to receiving us first minute. The attention from him and the staff was always above & beyond. The restaurant is a must, the food is spectacular and you should reserve in advance because I'm pretty sure in high season it is highly demanded. The rooms are superbly clean and are huge, view is amazing I really think this hotel should be ranked higher than what internet says, for me a five star all the way.

I booked this accommodation to stay over on the way home from the Dolomites. On arrival I was greeted by Mauro, very friendly and exceptional English. He’d reserved a car park space for me. I’d booked a single room, this was very clean, the bathroom was very spacious and modern. I had lunch in the restaurant over looking the lake and the following morning a lovely breakfast

Amazing first experience on the Como lake! Tiny family hotel on very quite and picturesque side. Close to the city Lecco where you can easily get by train from Bergamo or Milan. We felt very welcomed by the owners. Big thanks to all the caring team who work there! Starting from breakfast and that view from the terrace and ending with delicious restaurant which is also quite popular among citizens. Spacious renovated room with all the facilities. Having Any question with transport or tours- you will get all the answers! This is the place that we will definitely recommend:)
