Beautiful little gem in a great location no 5 walking minutes from Lido S.M.E.! Even though it was renovated only recently, it fully kept it's 19th century charme. The rooms (and especially the showers :-)) weren't the biggest as you would expect from a mansion that has been converted to a hotel, but don't let that scare you as this hotel has something that no other one has: a view over northern Lido from a small tower-lile structure up on the building that is freely accesible from where you can also see the main islands! Plus the staff and owners were amazingly friendly: I asked them if we could have a birthday cake for one of our daughter's 9th birthday the day before her birthday and they baked a full-flegded cake in the shape of the number 9 just a day after! :-O We were all pretty amazed to say the least! So long story short: highly recommended for a stay in Venice away from the crowded main islands! Thanks again for your hospitality, hope to see you again soon! :-)

Nothing that could be fixed easily. This is a mansion turned into a hotel that while not having the biggest rooms (or showers :-)) more than makes up for it with it's charme and friendly staff. So nothing really to complain about!

Wonderful location! Quiet street in easy walking distance from ferry. Off of the main stretch but close to all the good restaurants. Very clean and well kept. Elegant but understated room and grounds. Room was small but had a wonderful balacony. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! We loved the free bikes, though they needed a bit of maintenance. Excellent recommendation for the bike path from the front desk.

We tried to check out the night before and were told we were all set. When rushing to catch an early morning airport ferry, we were then told we hadn't check out yet--all was fine, but it was unnecessary stress. Cleaning products in the bathroom were super strong and permeated the room.

Great location - 5 minutes from the Vaporetto stop. Lovely to escape the crowds of Venice and have leisurely strolls in the evenings to find a restaurant. There was a different fresh cake for breakfast. Shame that we couldn't eat outside due to the weather. Very relaxed and quiet hotel.

Perfect central location. Excellent breakfast. Family run old villa hotel, where they go a step beyond to make you feel most welcome and help you in every way with all your possible needs. Free parking and bikes for guests are extra bonus. If you want to experience a real Lido and some genuine Italian hospitality this is a perfect place to stay.

There are simply no words to express the feelings, it's why i am writing so dryly and emotionlessly. It would be worthwhile to record and attach a musical track, but the booking service does not allow this.

Very cosy hotel, helpful staff, great location and good breakfast. Parking option was really appreciated.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. While the room could indeed accommodate all of us, it felt quite cramped. Room design may need some refreshing for some people, but we were ok with it.

The location was fantastic specially during the Venice biennale. And the staff were kind and helpful.

Our room was too tiny for two person.

Very good location - 400m from the vaporetto station, 7minutes walk away from the beach. Excellent breakfast and best thing: the staff is very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend, we will come back with our children as well :)

Romantic room, small, but every detail in its decoration is thought of, clean, quiet, complete relaxation. Beautiful inner garden; antique figures surrounded by beautiful flowers. Hospitable owner and friendly staff.
