● Decent selection of breakfast ● Nice place for breakfast ● Clean room and new-looking bathroom ● Constant supply of clean towels, even the little soaps and shower gels were resupplied at one point ● AC worked perfectly, keeping the room cold, with various modes and temperatures ● Small fridge on room helped with small dinners ● Aperol Spritz with snacks and sometimes bruschetti prepared relatively cheaply during every day happy hours at evenings ● Helpful staff, navigated us to the beach and where to bike ● Long walk from free beach, but directly in front of boat station - one could say more oriented for trips to Venice, but we didn't mind the walk to free beach either ● Next to main street packed with restaurants, ice cream shops, bars and even with one very good shop for groceries, hygienic supplies etc.

○ Room could be labeled too small. Nothing that bothered us. It had decent amount of furniture and on proper vacation you are either relaxing on bed reading, surfing web and sleeping or outside exploring Venice and swimmming, so small room should hardly ever be big problem to any normal vacationer. We never felt like we lacked space and there was two of us in the room. I just felt like pointing it out for some people.

Alice on reception was incredible- so kind, friendly and attentive; she made our stay so pleasurable. The blonde lady who prepared our breakfasts daily, was so kind, helpful and attentive; breakfast was a great start to every day and such pleasurable experience with outside dining available in the hotels beautiful courtyard garden. The hotel was perfect location to explore town and the shops & restaurants Lido has to offer and amazing when you’ve had a long day exploring other areas on Venice on the vaperetto to just walk a couple of metres to relax at home (the hotel) after a long, busy, jam packed day! Perfect!

Walls are very thin /little sound proofing (but you’re rarely in the room so not too much of a big deal)

Good value for money! We have stayed in March for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed in our city break with a toddler, just across the vaporetto station. Breakfast was good, room and bathroom were very clean and the stuff very helpful and nice. We will recommend the hotel to our friends for sure and we will choose the hotel once more in case of returning to Venice. Lido island is very nice, it gives you a nice feeling, clean and quite, very different from Venice city. I liked it very much.

Breakfast could have been more diversified. It was the same every day, but it was ok in the end.

This hotel exceeded our expectations from every point of view. A small and cozy hotel with vintage decorated rooms but very comfortable and clean. Our room was cleaned every day and our towels changed even though we haven't asked specifically for it. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us with an online check-in after our flight was delayed and we couldn't make it to the hotel before the closing time of the reception. Location was right in front of the waterbus station so very convenient with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Will definitely return to this hotel the next time we plan to visit Venice. Also the pictures here on Booking are not updated. The hotel looks so much better in reality, especially the breakfast area.

Quaint hotel right at the port side of Lido, where you can take a ferry to any of Venice's islands. Rooms are nice, though a bit on the smaller side, staff is friendly. Close to the main street of Lido where all the restaurants and shops are located. 15min walk from the beach area.

The shower was a bit on the smaller side, with a quite low water pressure. An extra rack to hang clothes or towels on would be nice. But apart from that, quite alright.

every time o need assistance no staff around the mini bar was not working properly I could open the safe to put passports inside and staff didn’t told me how to use the lift to help my 78 years old mother go up and down the stairs. when I asked. to teach me she told me will do when I am back. when I was back she was not there and for many times she saw my mothers struggling to come down the stairs using me as a support and she DOESN’T move a finger I felt she doesn’t care. very disappointed

The location was amazing, hotel is in front of the main channel with great access to the water ferries in order to sail across Venice. The breakfast was well made as well which was included in the price. The personell was very nice and our doggie was staying there with us for free. They treat her very well and she was happy as she had even small patio to run. I am so pleased for the stuff which ensure that our late arrival will be smoothly managed.

It was right next to the actv stop which was great, also very near to a supermarket and cafés. Super cute lobby with amazing breakfasts. Staff was very friendly.

The rooms very extremely small. The bathroom had a really tiny shower place and with my claustrophobia i didnt feel good there at all. There was also mold on the walls of the bathroom. When we came the first night, it was really cold inside and when we put the A/C on, the humidity went so bad that our clothes were moist…

Very polite staff, especially the young girl at reception. They provide us late check in at 23:00 (out of working hours). They send us all the information and help us for that. Other accommodations reject our reservation for this hour check in. Immediately communication from booking platform. Perssonally i prefer modern accommodations. Maybe o renovation it more suitable for my taste. However i see that in Venice most hotels are old fashion. You have in mind that you need a ship every day to San Marco to visit the attractions (it is about 30 euros an unlimited two days ticket)

The could be more power sockets . In my room was only one available. Breakfast was served a little later and then stated and in a somewhat rush. But may be it was an exception. In general, food was tasty and fresh.
