The area was well suited for local restaurants and bars. The public water taxis were within easy walking distance, too, and the airport water transfer 'alilaguna' from San marco to Lido easily accessible at the airport and lido. The room shower was great, it was a clean and comfortable room, the bed was very comfortable. The garden area was great, and i loved that you could eat breakfast outside. I loved the fact that it was a traditional villa, too. Very friendly atmosphere. We'd definitely stay again.

All round great stay but would suggest a little more variety at breakfast. Our stay was 1 week, and choices were the same. Great for a shorter stay, though.

We stayed 6 nights & had such a wonderful time here. It's a beautiful house in a quiet area. Our room was very well decorated & immaculately clean. Towels were changed, the bed was made & bathroom cleaned daily. Checking in was easy, the lady owner contacted us to ask our arrival time & was waiting for us on arrival. She was kind, friendly & approachable & gave us lots of information & a map on ferries to Venice. My Italian is very poor so I was very grateful that she did this in English. It was clear that the owner cared very much that guests were happy. We had a very good breakfast of croissants, toast, yoghurt, meats & cheese, cereals, juice, tea & coffee all available. It was so pleasant sitting in the garden to eat. We were able to leave our suitcases after check-out. The accommodation is ideally situated, only 6-7 minutes from the port down the main road then turn right.. Similarly the beach is a short walk down the main road then turn left.

I can't make any negative comments, it really was perfect for us.

Close to everything. The beach, the harbour and the town centre are just a few minutes walk. The staff was very helpful, they even did our laundry for a small amount of money.

The Aircon was not very strong, so I it was often very hot in the room. There were no mosquito net on the windows, so we couldn't open them at night. Make sure to ask for an extra pillow

i think staying on the Lido is great as it takes you away from the crowds. The Villa is close to the water bus stop. I enjoyed having breakfast in the garden in the morning. The room was cute and clean.

They forgot to clean our bedroom on the second day, we came back from our touring day and the bed wasn’t done nor the used towels replaced.

Location was perfect. Staff was very nice. I loved the breakfast but maybe it could be little bit more to choose. Room was nice, and the air conditioning was perfect. I definetly would come again!

Haven't got a bad word to say the owner looked after us like we were family. Very accommodating helpful and friendly. She made our stay a very enjoyable experience.

Nicole was extremely accommodating. The breakfast was good value and the room was clean and well-equipped.

Walls were quite thin so it was possible to hear the neighbours. However this didn’t affect our stay negatively.

Good location, cozy place, nice staff.

The only bad thing is there is no soundproof even if someone talks quietly in the next room, you can hear that.
