Lovely hotel in a quiet area with facilities nearby. Close to water bus. Hotel staff were amazing and helped us find our way around Venice. Very friendly and would definitely return again.. Lovely breakfast, and we were allowed to make a hot drink when staff had gone home later at night. They even left some lovely pastries out, very thankful after a late night flight!. Instructions were clear for getting to the hotel and gaining entry to room and hotel as we arrived late at night after staff had gone home. Took us 10 minutes to walk from the water bus to Villa Casanova.. We had a room with a balcony and it was a great size room, little fridge in the room and everything you could need, hairdryer ect. We had a lovely stay, and this was down to the well run hotel, including the cleaners who kept the rooms clean. Everything was perfect 👌

Nothing, I can't find anything I did not like. The only suggestion I can think of is a bin in the room to throw rubbish away as the bin the bathroom was too small for rubbish.

The room was a good size as was the bed, the breakfast was very good, with teas, great coffee and fresh pastries along with the cereals, fruits yoghuts, meats and cheeses. Nice covered outdoor area to eat breakfast. A quiet area but very convenient to the center, the water taxis and the beach. Bicycles available and adequate. Rooms were made up and cleaned daily. Very helpful staff, and we were provided with a map of recomendations for food, water taxis and beaches.

We learnt to close the shutters at night as the noises from outside carried, but it was mainly the quite noisy scops owl. Somewhere to dry beach towels and swimwear would have been useful. The window ledges were very dusty and the bath overflow could have done with a good clean.

Communication from the hotel was excellent on how to reach the hotel. Very good location on a quiet road on the Lido, 5 minutes from main water bus station making it very easy to get to with direct boat services to/from airport and train station. Very easy to get to the main Venice sites and other islands such as Murano. 5 minute walk to shops and good selection of restaurants. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and they made it a very pleasant stay in a relaxed enjoyable environment. Good room with clean modern bathroom. Good selection at breakfast with seating inside and out.

Just lovely, We were given a great room with a terrace and would loved to have stayed an extra night but the hotel was booked. Venice Lido is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Venice and you can swim in the sea.

I liked the setting of the Villa easy to get to the water bus. Breakfast was nice and a bonus to be able to sit outside to eat it. Our room was very clean and it was nice to have plenty of hot water.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, also there was a metal head board which was also uncomfortable to sit against as there are no chairs in the room. The room had a velux window in the ceiling which needs a better system to block out the light in the morning.

Lovely stay! Travelled in July 2022, Lido is a gem and this place made it all even better. ● the staff was lovely and communicative ● breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options ● the house and the garden looked delightful ● rooms were clean, had all they needed ● we were offered towels in case we wanted to go to the beach and bicycles for biking around the island ● very close to the vaporetto station, easy access to Venice Would definitely stay again on a future trip to Lido!

We stayed in a room on the last floor and even with the AC on, it would still get pretty hot.

A beautiful place, near the Vaporetto and all the main attractions but at the same time located on a quiet street. The property is lovely, well-taken care of, very clean, and has a small garden for guests. The breakfast was great, and the service was superb, very helpful, and kind. Would definitely recommend it - much more peaceful than Venice itself and very close to anything you may need, beach included.

The staff was amazing and very helpful! We arrived in the morning before check-in time and they offered us free breakfast, they were super nice! The location is close to vaporetto stations, close to the beach and the center of Lido. In 10 minutes with the vaporetto you can be in Piazza San Marco, so it's very convenient. We will definetely stay here again!

Everything was great!

Very friendly staff (@ reception and housekeeping) at all times. In the morning a wide variety on bread, pastry (individually packed mostly), hard boiled eggs, cheeses and ham, jams and chocolate cream, fresh fruitsalad, yoghurt and cerials were available. Exquised selection of tea's, coffee as you like it in Italy, juice, milk and water.. all together too much for 1 person but it suits everybody and you select every day something else when staying multiple nights. The B&B is situated at walking distance from the ferry (Vaporetto) dock and the main street. A quiet street and we enjoyed having breakfast in the garden and a balcony adjoining our room (number 4). To our big surprise the owner has some bikes available for guests. Coming from a cycling country ourselves (Holland & Belgium) we are used to cycling lot with comfortable bikes. These were somewhat ' older ' but we were very happy to use them every single day of our stay. THE way to move around in the LIDO. Wonderful.

No remarks or negative points in our view. Keep on doing this welcoming and friendly hospitality service as you are doing now. Perhaps a tip for future guests : when staying in the weekend, perhaps you would like to book your restaurants in advance. The top restaurants were fully booked Friday and Saturday evening (early June).

excellent location and very nice staff. during the day you can swim on the beach, and in the evening go for a walk in Venice or go to eat seafood for dinner. the hotel is nice and cute, it's very cool that there are delicious breakfasts in the garden. You can ride a bike to the other end of the island. would like to come back here
