Just amazing!!! Highly recommend! I was in April. Great location and choice, 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by bus to the main Lido boat station, and there are boats to Venice every 10-15 minutes. From Lido you can also go to Murano or Burano. From the Lido boat station there is a central walking street with restaurants, shops and a supermarket. An excellent choice to combine a cultural trip with a seaside holiday. The beach is very close and the sea blue and clean. There is a fridge and hair dryer in the room. Very clean in the room, cleaning every day. Very quiet and silent. You can take breakfast, nutritious and tasty. Very cozy dining room and interior, you feel like at home. Thanks for a wonderful vacation! I hope to see soon Lido and Venice!

The place is very nice, as you get in you are greeted by very polite and friendly staff. The rooms are nicely separated from each other, which made it quiet. The location is very comfortable, close to the seashore if you need a walk, close to a bus stop if you need to get anywhere else in Venice and in a 10 minute walk you could get to different places where to eat.

At first it was a bit hard to get exactly to the place since it is located inside the living block and is not visibel from the road (could be because it was dark when we arrived) but there is a very convenient sign by the road which shows the direction to go to.

It was a pleasant stay, nothing out of an ordinary. · Room had an AC with a quite mode that was useful. AC had good control options. · Room had a small fridge, that was nice. · Rooms were cleaned well. · Nothing that would disturb our sleep or stay.

In shower you would have to wait for water to get warm. · Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, so to get the moisture out after shower you would have to leave the bathroom door open. We kept the bathroom door open when not using it and then it was fine as AC in the room managed both rooms with door open. · Cleaning staff would change the window and blind settings, sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worst. · Everything is a bit old.

Lido di venezia is the best of Venice 15 minutes from St. Marques square and within 10 minutes from the beaches. The Beaches are beautiful (check for availability) The district is not crowded, very calm exspecially if you compare it to the crowded downtown of Venice. The hotel is in a nice alley. Beatiful and peaful location. The staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the stay.

Fair 2 stars Hotel, nothing to write home about, nothing to complain.... Good value for money. Location in lido is perfect if you have a car. Late checkout pet friendly. Would stay again....

Definitely needs some refreshing.....

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff accommodate a late check-in for us. The location was around a 15-20 min walk from the Vaporetto station, but we got the 48 hours ticket which included the bus (3-5 min).

The mattress was a bit tough and the pillows were thin. The walls were thin and after midnight we could still hear conversations from other rooms.

Great customer service, very cute, boutique hotel & great value for money is visiting venice!

Maybe a bottle of water on arrival would have been great!

Very close to the conference center. Very close to excellent restaurants. One of the best, Valentino, was less than a block away.

The room could have better maintenance. The walls and window needed cleaning.

Fantastic walkable location to the water bus station, and shops/restaurants as well as to the beach. Basic accommodation but great value for money for a short stay. Very clean in fact the male receptionist was very helpful and the cleaner boy also was fantastic!
